You won't be disappointed!

We LOVED our stay in this VRBO. It couldn't have been more perfect! The location is phenomenal just steps from the white sand beach! And it is so cute and clean and decorated nice, with a lot of amenities. It's everything you need and you will love it! I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Nice Anniversary Getaway

Place was very nice and they provided towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. Had signs everywhere with their numbers if you needed to get a hold of them. Had binder with helpful/useful info. Was a great place for wife and I to get away for a nice long (4 nights) weekend for our anniversary. When we fist got there I couldn't get into my VRBO account with check in data owners had sent so I called them and they called right back (as I was finally able to log in). People renting other unit said they have stayed several years in a row and owners where great (we didn't have much of a need to interact but was very impressed with teh palce).

Great studio at Clearwater Beach

Perfect place for 2 at Clearwater Beach. No detail was left unchecked, unit has plenty of room and the outdoor spaces are nice as well. Then your steps from the beach and 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, what else could you want. Thanks, we’ll be back for sure.

Relaxing July 4th Vacation

We had an amazing week on Clearwater Beach staying at the Beach Side Suite. From the moment we arrived, Linda, the property owner was kind and friendly. There had been an issue with the AC unit before our arrival and she already had things worked out to keep our studio comfortable and cool until the unit could be replaced. Things were repaired early into our stay and we appreciated Linda's eagerness to make sure our stay was comfortable and worry free. The studio was clean, decorated beautifully, within walking distance to all our favorite restaurants, and just steps from the white sand beach. Most everything we needed was provided; dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach bag, and small shampoos/conditioners, and little bar soaps. We had some of our own things we brought with us, but know for next time a lot of that can be left at home. The deck was a wonderful spot to enjoy our morning coffee, lunch breaks, and to play cards in the evening. Even with an afternoon rain we could hang out on the deck because it has a metal roof. They are building behind the unit so there could occasionally be some construction noise. It was very minimal during our stay. I would recommend Beach Side Suite to any couple looking for a relaxing Clearwater Beach getaway. It's on the north end of the beach which is quieter and less crowded than the south end. We had a great week and would definitely stay again!

Amazing!!

We have stayed at this property for many years now. Usually we stay in the lower unit but we rented the upper unit this year and it did not disappoint. Rooms are absolutely spotless and has everything you need for your stay down to the umbrella and chairs. Loved the porch where I had my coffe every morning and could view the ocean. We fly and do not rent a car due to we are walking distance to everything and it’s a perfect location!!! Communication was smooth and easy and made us feel very welcome to the property. Hope to return again for many more years to come!!!!

Simply Perfect

So glad we made the decision to rent this cute, comfy suite versus staying in a resort. Our week could not have been more enjoyable. Perfect location, and we met the owner and property manager who were a pleasure to work with. 13 Cabria Street is a perfect, relaxing getaway for couples.

PERFECT PARADISE FOR TWO❣️

Have only great things to say about this place❣️It’s paradise on the North end of Clearwater Beach❣️ Its quiet, private and tranquil❣️ It’s steps to the beach and ocean. You are walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping as well. We literally crank the car once to go to Publix while we are there. And they set you up for your stay with paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, coffee and sugar, beach towels, beach chairs. Everything you need is there❣️So all you have to do when you get there is get on your bathing suit and hit the beach❣️ The owner is wonderful and so is the property manager❣️We never have had one complaint or issue with any of our trips here❣️We don’t stay anywhere else❣️

This cute little place was perfect.It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Couldn’t hear any outside noise. Thought was put into every little last detail! Location to the beach and town was perfect, close to everything but not in the thick of it all. Would definitely stay there again!

Excellent in every way.

A very convenient clean property just steps from the beach. Has all you need in the kitchen to cook inside and a grill outside if that’s your preference. Nice outside deck to enjoy morning coffee and dinner later. Would highly recommend. We will be back for future stays. And the host (Libby) was great.

Perfect place for two ❣️

Is as advertised :) Steps to the beach, and a pretty and Private, Quiet space.:) It’s very clean, has everything you want or need for two:) and has a very comfortable king size bed and pillows. There is a nice size shower and bathroom and a perfect kitchen space with good cookware to cook in :) We are already booked for a future trip back! :)

Clearwater beach

Exactly how presented on Vrbo. Great location and very clean and had everything you needed. Only 20 steps to the beach and towels and chairs provided. The owner was very easy to contact and friendly, asked if we needed anything else! The best!! Check in was easy! Enjoyed coming back and sitting on the deck and looking at the water and having morning coffee on the deck. The trolly and bus stop was located just down the street so you could hop on and go! We are walkers so we could walk to the restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back!

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed the room and location to the beach is excellent! We flew in, so having beach towels, beach umbrella and chairs was so nice! We didn’t have to pay extra to rent them on the beach. Walking distance to the main strip area but loved that when we were ready for quiet, this place is tucked at the end of a quiet street. Our favorite part was the private porch! We spent most of our time out there when we were relaxing!

Good value, beachside and clean

Staying the night in Clearwater Beach, we found this unit well-appointed, very clean and a quick walk to nearby restaurants and shops. The owner provided all the information we needed for a seamless check-in/check out. The unit also includes a parking spot, which we very much appreciated.

Beach beauty

This unit was exactly as advertised. Steps from the beach and restaurants. The studio was well supplied with linens, the kitchen was well-stocked with all your cooking needs. It was too cold to appreciate the super cute porch. Too bad! I would stay there again.

Great location

Great location close to the beach and an easy walk to restaurants and bars. Listing says it is a one bedroom studio - it's a studio - there is only one room. Great for a couple, but if you're planning to work remotely or if you need more space for whatever reason, this may not be the right listing, esp. if the weather is poor.

Amazing location, amazing place!

My mom and I came here for an event in Tampa! We wanted to stay on the ocean and this was literally steps to the sand. The studio is spacious, functional and has everything you need! The king-sized bed was new and comfortable :) the private balcony was perfect for reading or enjoying breakfast outside. Communication was a breeze and the hosts were extremely accommodating and attentive. We will definitely be back if in the area!

Perfect and Cozy

My husband and I took a last minute trip down to Clearwater for a few days. I, just by chance, stumbled across this cute little ‘cottage feel’ apartment. It is located on the second level of a home, with direct stairs to your deck and front door. Through the large windows inside, you can see right out on to the beach. We loved that it’s so quiet, peaceful, and cozy. It was very clean and had nice quality beach towels, bedding and bathroom towels. There were also beach necessities like a beach bag, umbrella, and chairs. The owner had everything we could ask for. Some may look at that as a minor detail, but to us (that are flying in from a state up north and can’t pack all of this) it was much appreciated. She took a lot of worry out of the equation for things. There is even a washer and dryer which is such a nice feature. Overall, we loved our stay and did not want to leave. Such a perfect location, where we could put our feet in the sand, in less than a few feet from our porch. The owner was a very sweet, kind and had excellent communication. She even came over a few minutes early before check out to see how we enjoyed our stay. Overall, I recommend this to any couple who are looking for a cozy little spot close to the beach to enjoy some quality time or R&R, together. Thank you for welcoming us into your home. We are looking forward to our next visit down.

My wife's 36th birthday! (Again)

The property was perfect! It is exactly how it is represented online, just a short walk downstairs and you're on the beach. There are multiple restaurants, shopping, and cold beverages within walking distance as well. The host was amazing and very helpful. We will highly recommend this property and will definitely be back!

Cozy Beach Getaway

This is a lovely beach property. Cozy and nice deco! The place is awesome. Has nice balcony and plenty of room for two with cozy King bed! We would stay here again for sure. Had everything we needed! Close to restaurants within walking or hop on trolley. We didn’t mind the his stairs but would not recommend if can’t do stairs! We will be back!
