Absolute perfection! The villa was beautiful, had everything you could need. The location was gorgeous, beautiful clean beach, sparkling pools, and landscaping was amazing. I cannot say enough great things about this little slice of heaven. We are already making plans to go back. 10 out of 10!

Incredible property and home. The best is both words - having your own luxury home on a beautiful beach in Costa Rica, and the amenities of a boutique hotel. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Amazing stay!

We had a great stay at The Palms. The hospitality of the owners and staff at the resort was amazing. The property is beautiful and steps to the beach. The condo was beautifully decorated and had a lot of amenities to cook and plenty of beds for our 3 kids and family. The beach massages were an added plus and made our trip relaxing. The daily cleaning services were also a nice touch. We would highly recommend this place if staying in Playa Flamingo.

Paradise! Can’t beat the location with beach access. My kids loved boogie boarding in the waves. Pool is awesome as well. Grounds very well maintained.Condo had every amenity you could think of. Very clean and beautiful. Will be back for sure!It’s our favorite vacation place!

The property is simply mesmerizing. The home itself was beautifully appointed and super comfortable. The hosts provided so many tips and extras. They were very nice and thoughtful touches that truly enhanced our stay. We will definitely be back!

The owners are incredibly responsive throughout the process which always helps. The place is as good as it looks and the pictures do not do the place and location justice. Fantastic trip!

Thank you Mitchell! Our welcome guide has a number of walkable restaurants like Coco Loco, Camparino, Amigos and Top Spritz. Super Massai grocery is just past flamingo plaza, a 10-minute walk along the beach.

Relaxing time at the beach.

The condo had a good layout. Definitely had everything we needed in the kitchen along with spices and a variety of basics that helped a lot. Nice pool and easy access to the beach.

The most amazing place!

The Palms is our absolute favorite place to visit in Costa Rica, and Villa 29 is one of the best positioned villas to beach. Mike and Julia were very accommodating and added to our experience. Good luck finding a better beach with the view and privacy of Flamingo.

Amazing!

From the time we booked, the communication from the owners and property concierge was amazing! The property and beach were absolutely beautiful. The beach was public but it felt completely private. It had everything we could want! It is now our goal to return!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This villa was perfect for two couples. It had everything we needed and the concierge team of The Palms was excellent. They made several reservations for us and checked in to see if we needed anything. All the staff was very attentive. The pool and beach were only steps from the back glass doors. Would definitely rent this villa again if we make it back to Playa Flamingo or the area.

Loved Playa Flamingo!

First time staying in Playa Flamingo and we truly enjoyed our stay. Walking out on grass right to the beach was great. Having a VRBO house feel but having all the amenities of the pool, water toys, guard, and local restaurant being able to deliver to the villa was a big plus. Great for families and even though you are sharing the grounds it was never crowded.

Amazing getaway

Our experience at Palms Villa 29 was exceptional! Wonderful condo, great concierge service, excellent amenities like gym, on site massages, pool bartender. Owners were also very responsive and responsible when we accidentally locked the safe without a code. We cannot wait to go back!

Idyllic location on Pacific ocean. Hear the waves from whole condo. Beautiful Condo in quiet location, yet can easily reach restaurants within short walk or by car.

Villa 29 is amazing! Everything is in fantastic shape and super clean. Literally steps from the beach. Gorgeous sunsets every day. Mike was so helpful with a great welcome guide full of tips. The Palms staff are top notch and have thought of everything. Highly recommend renting a golf cart, getting a beachside massage, and doing some tours with Dennis and his team. La Leona is a must for adventure seekers. We can’t wait to return to Villa 29. An unforgettable experience!!!

Do not sleep on renting this place, it is amazing. Literally steps from the ocean which was so convenient if you forgot something in the villa. The pool gentlemen always remembered our names and where we liked to sit. Always greeting you with a smile and good morning. The sunsets were fabulous. The beach massages were also lovely. We ate at cocoloco the first night and were glad to have something close. We never visited for breakfast but did go to other places suggested by the host. Having the concierge was also nice and stress free. We went ziplining and rented jet ski's through them. The villa has everything you need and is fully stocked. The loft is an added bonus if you have children. We cannot wait to return!
