Belle cuisine avec des comptoirs en granit, des armoires personnalisées et des carreaux décoratifs partout. Il y a une grande chambre principale avec sa propre salle de bain privée. Deux chambres ont également accès à leur propre salle de bain. Profitez de votre patio en bord de mer et de votre piscine et spa à bord négatif (actuellement non chauffés). Mettez des crevettes sur le barbie et levez les pieds. Si vous êtes venu pour vous détendre et profiter, vous avez trouvé le bon endroit.

Perfect Family Gateway

The house is very clean and we loved the architecture and deco. It has all kitchen essentials and a BBQ on the balcony and outside if you prefer to BBQ by the pool area. There is a minimum of dishwasher soap so if your staying and detergent so if your planning to stay for a while with a big family you may want to consider purchasing some extra. We had a total of 8 people so everything was used at all times. The location is absolutely stunning, pool, Jacuzzi and beach right outside. If you are a night owl there is a bar right next door on the beach that's open all night. It got pretty loud at night with neighbors and people outside so if your not a heavy sleeper.. this may not be the place for you. The place overall was exceptional. Thank you!

Uncomfortable place

The place had a stove that was almost broken, the oven display was hanging and it was hard to even bake. Dishwasher was not working. Didn't have a broom or dustpan. Washer machine only worked with warm water, and the spin didn't work. For the kitchen, there were not paper towels or any dish towels or dishclothes. The kitchen fans didn't work, and the air condition was not getting to all the rooms. BUT the worse thing was the elevator, with no air condition in it, very small, and Super SLOW. My dad is is a wheelchair, and it took forever to take him up to the 3rd floor. Not to mention for all of us having to use the stairs all the time. In the contract said "no dogs" but around the pool we saw people with at least 4 dogs, plus the barking all day when they left the dogs in alone. Other tenants left the trash outside their door, and it attracted flies that were coming to our place every time we open the door. We didn't see cleaning around much. Very dirty all around. I won't go there again, and I don't recommend it. Very disappointed for our first time visiting Puerto Penasco.

Nice ocean view other than that nothing. You have to walk to get into the back due to the huge rocks in front of the condo. The pictures taken didn't show that. Place was dirty and number provided was not in service.

Nice views but lots of stuff didn’t work

The pluses are and had a nice view the pool was pleasant, and the living room area was charming, the minuses are the thermostat didn’t work very well we had to call twice to fix it and only got caught cooler than 80° a couple of times, the water pressure was long and you couldn’t take a hot shower was cool showers only the elevator didn’t work very well

This condo had a breathtaking view. We loved being able to wake up and see the beach. The condo was clean and it smelled nice. The beds were all comfortable and we liked the layout of the rooms because it offered more privacy. The property itself was very well maintained and the pools were really nice. The hot tub/jacuzzi did not work though, but it didn’t really bother us. The condo was soundproof and we werent able to hear the partying from next door unless we went to the balcony or the living room area. We really only have 2 major complaints. The first one is that 2 of the rooms have skylights to compensate for not having windows. That thing turned on the moment the sun was up which was about 5 am on the days we were there. When it lit up, it felt like the light was turned on and we were unable to sleep in. That was really the biggest issue we had. The second complaint which wasn’t a big issue to us (it was to our 10 yo who loves to play Minecraft) is that the wifi signal is pretty bad. Again, for us, not an issue but if you think you may need wifi for work related tasks, then this will not do. But, overall it was a very pleasant experience and trip. We would definitely book again.

Decent location, great view

Good location if your not too interested in walking out the front door to the beach. Water didn't work when we got there. Took 2 hours to turn on. Showers were cold. Information inside the property says there is either a RO water system or water bottles provided. This was not the case. Tried to check out and drop off key early on Sunday No one showed up at the office until 10:00 a.m. had to wait for over an hour for somebody to show up.

It was okay

It was a okay/good stay just some things like the sink in one of the rooms the water didn’t work, the elevator was really slow the water was really light like didn’t come out as much as it should and the one of the toilets didn’t flush we had to to it manually

Great place, only need some Furniture update, issues with TV's (no cable), no hot water in one of the bathrooms, no patio furniture. Elevator super slow.

Condo great, building is not

Units on 3rd floor but elevator was broke. The property manager said that it should be fixed. Was broke for all 4 days we were there. I also read a review from October that it was broken. The building has thin walls with zero insulation. So you hear neighbors flush toilets and close doors. If you are young and don’t have kids, and aren’t a light sleeper, then this is great property

Not what I expected

Unit is on 3rd floor. Elevator was broken and according to some residents it has been for a very long time. We rented specifically because it had an elevator. We are a little older and had difficulty getting suitcases,cooler,etc up 3 floors of slippery stairs. The stairs were slippery because of people using the pool. VERY DANGEROUS!. But thats not all. This unit had alot of broken items. The patio chairs were broken, microwave had no handle to open and close, one bathroom had no water for a day, and a water truck eventually came . By the way this was a holiday weekend. The patio door was rusted and difficult to open(it took 2 of us) no screen to the patio door either. Also there was a missing remote to a ceiling fan. And probably more was wrong but I can't recall at the moment. I will say the unit was well cleaned but a little outdated. Old uncomfortable furniture. It looked better in the pictures. There was not an adequate amount of plates, bowls or flatware. There was 3 of us staying there but supposedly there is room for eight people. There wouldn't be enough dishes for everyone if there was 8 people! Also they did not have papertowels or dishwasher soap. Plan on bringing your own of everything! Also only 2 washclothes for 3 people. Front bedroom had blinds that do not keep the light out. And the stick to open them was broken. They should add a blackout curtain because it is next to a walkway with a very bright light that stays on all night. Not sound proof in anyway. You can hear your neighbor's through the wall quit clearly. The area was extremely noisy and right next to multiple night clubs. The night gaurd was actually letting people park there for money! He tried to charge us when we came back. Very shady! We did not feel safe. Ive been to Rocky points hundreds of times, this was a unit I will never stay in again. The rental company is aware of all of our issues.

Great get away location

Very nice condo. Management staff was great, extremely responsive. It is close to everything and with the option of the beach or the pool anything you want/need is only minutes away.

Beautiful place

It was a surprisingly a very nice condo with everything you need for a family vacation. I would recommend to anyone. There was a little miscommunication before check in so that was unfortunate. Overall a nice condo at a decent price.

Nice Condo

Beautiful Kitchen with Granite counters, custom cabinets and accent tile throughout. There is a large Master Bedroom with its own private bath. Two guest rooms have access to their own bathroom as well. Enjoy your seaside patio and Negative edge pool and spa (currently not heated). Put some shrimp on the barbie and put your feet up. If you have come to relax and enjoy you have found the right spot.
