Tout le monde aime ce superbe appartement au troisième étage avec vue sur la baie et à seulement deux pâtés de maisons des quais. Totalement confortables et prêts à emménager, les deux chambres ont chacune un lit King et partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche et deux lavabos. Une grande cuisine avec cuisinière à gaz, coin repas et un salon avec télévision par câble à écran plat et foyer au gaz en font une escapade parfaite. Il comprend également la climatisation, un parking gratuit, une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite et une belle terrasse commune à l'arrière. Vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter!

Historic Hill was a perfectly quaint, clean, cozy apartment for us to stay!

My husband and I brought out daughter on college tours and stayed at Historic Hill. Shelley was a wonderful host, very accommodating and communicated well with us. The apartment was a cozy, clean, perfect location to walk to Thames street shops, take out and the waterfront. The gas fireplace was perfect for warming up after being in the frigid temps outside! We had a wonderful trip, felt super safe with the socially distanced communication.....and loved our visit. Hopefully we will be back when our daughter makes her college choice! 🤞🏻We would love to stay again!

Perfect Newport getaway

We have only raves for this Newport trip. The apartment was so charming and spacious. Loved the decor and new appliances. Just a great place. The hosts were really responsive and checking in was so simple. Very convenient to Newport shopping and restaurants. Definitely hope to return.

Great location, charming property

We only stayed 1 night, but would have loved to stay longer. The apartment was even cuter than the pictures made it seem. It was very centrally located with spacious rooms.

Wonderful for family of 4

This was perhaps the best place I have ever stayed on a vacation. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean, and has all the amenities we needed. We loved room to spread out for 5 days. Washer/dryer was invaluable after a day at the beach. Kitchen made it easy to keep enough food for breakfast and lunch each day. We had bikes with us and we’re thrilled to find a bike rack by the door. We were within a few minutes drive of Easton beach and Second beach. Easy drive to Breakers and Ocean Drive. Everything else we walked to! This apt is a special gem and we will definitely visit again!

Location can’t be beat!

We are so thankful we found this gem of a rental. It is on a quiet street but just 2 blocks from downtown. Parking is provided. The decor is simple and clean. Loved all the seating options when we had friends over. King beds were great to have!

Great location - walkable to main area of town, Close to all restaurants and shops. Easy five minute drive to the beach. We had a toddler with us and it was perfect. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a snack

The property was exactly as listed! It was in a great location and was very clean! We were worried that we would want a car, but we were within walking distance to everything! Would recommend to all my friends and family!

98 Mill Street - 5 Stars!

My husband, 2 college-age kids and I stayed at 98 Mill Street for 3 nights. It was a great location, charming unit with great amenities! Clean, spacious and comfortable. Convenient off-street parking. Great instructions and communication from the owners. Highly recommend!

Fabulous apartment in excellent location !

This 98 Mill st apartment was absolutely perfect in every way! It was roomy, clean, perfectly equipped and decorated to bring a homey feel. The location was fabulous and it was great to have off street parking and outdoor tables to sit and chill while planning the days adventures. The property manager was kind, and rapidly responded to any questions we had. I will definitely stay at this property again, it was worth every penny!

Property was great. Very clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Location was perfect for a short walk to waterfront for sightseeing dining and shopping. It was great to be able to walk down the hill to go to dinner or shopping and not have to worry about finding a parking place. Owner was very good about communication and check in and check out was a breeze. Would highly recommend this property.

The location of this property was perfect - only a few short blocks to Thames Street and the wharfs. It’s beautifully decorated and has any amenity you might need. We loved it here!!

Ideal Newport location

This is the perfect home away from home. It was spacious and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen has everything you need for meal prep, but you are so close to restaurants that you might find yourself enjoying those instead! The first set of steps are wedges, but the rest are easy to go up and down. The location is quiet and still close to any activities you might enjoy. We highly recommend 98 Mill St and its friendly hosts.

Perfect everything!

My family stayed here for 3 nights mid week. We brought our dog and truly appreciated how accommodating our hosts were of our dog. They had a doggie bag and treats available at the entrance. So cute! Our hosts were also so quick to respond! The amenities are perfect. If you plan on cooking, I would suggest bringing cooking oil or butter. Otherwise you have everything you need. The beds were so comfortable too and overall, the place was cozy and perfect! The location is amazing!! Just a few blocks to the center of town. Everything’s walkable! Even the immediate area is fun to walk around in. You really get the fee of the history of the town! I would highly recommend this place! Soooo much better than booking a hotel!

We are the family from Admiral Sims' House on Catherine St and Mill St which offers B&B Hotel and Apartment Lodging. We've been B&B owners since 2000 and recently came across this great property at Mill St so are giving it a try. We just love Newport and these old Victorian houses. Mill St is such an awesome location and we just finished gutting the apartments to create a fresh, clean, open concept living style for Newport visitors. Hope you like it!
