Situé à Scott Beach par Compass Point deux minutes à pied de la plage. 2 chambres 1 salle de bain, 4 couchages, Air conditionné, Cuisinière électrique, Micro-ondes, Comptoir en granite, Réfrigérateur, Lave-linge / Sèche-linge, Lave-vaisselle, Dish Network TV 'Wifi. A un grand générateur de secours (maison est entièrement alimenté 24/7). Parking hors rue, entièrement meublé. Très calme, coffre-fort et sympathique hotte.

Vous aurez accès à l'ensemble de l'unité. Vous pouvez faire votre lessive, regarder votre émission de télévision préférée ou faire du sport sur un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 60 ". Vous pouvez cuisiner vos propres repas, manger dehors ou s'asseoir après une longue journée de plage et faire des grillades.

Aperçu du quartier .......
La propriété est située dans une rue privée à l'écart de l'autoroute principale, donc il n'y a pas de bruit de circulation, tous les quartiers sécurisés et amicaux, il y a 4 maisons dans ma rue et j'en ai deux, je vis dans la rue. Je suis toujours disponible si mon invité a besoin de moi. Il est proche de l'eau à seulement 2 minutes à pied de la plage.

Se déplacer
Vous pouvez prendre un taxi partout où vous devez aller sur l'île, mais ce sera très cher, je vous recommande fortement de louer une voiture afin que vous puissiez aller où vous voulez et quand vous voulez. Nous avons une entreprise familiale de location de voitures et nous offrons à nos clients jusqu'à 15% de réduction sur les voitures de location. Invité peut également prendre nos voitures à St John sur la péniche de voiture de Red Hook à visiter et explorer les plages et les parcs de St John.

Nous avons également un générateur automatique de 125KW qui est nécessaire dans les îles Vierges. Si vous louez une place sans génératrice et que la puissance est coupée, vous n'aurez pas d'eau courante, Wifi, toilettes, ventilateurs, T. V, douches, etc .....

Very clean East End location near Red Hook and St Thomas Yacht Club. Need to have access to a vehicle.

Would come again for a peaceful getaway. A lot less other guests so the amenities are more enjoyable and exclusive. Felt like staying with family.

We are a family of 5 traveling to the USVI for the first time. We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was clean and tidy & had everything we needed to make it our home for 5 days including a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels and snorkel equipment. We also rented a car from the owner which was much needed to get around the island though it took a little getting used to driving on the left side of the road. We enjoyed making some meals in the kitchen and hanging on the balcony watching a family of birds in a nest nearby. The pool was a nice retreat. Grills looked clean though we did not use them. Washer & dryer located outside was helpful to have. We recommend staying here & getting a car for the convenience.

Stay here in st Thomas

2nd time staying here. There will be a third, 4th, etc. it is close to red hook, easy to get downtown and elsewhere. Quiet location. Food center grocery is a minute away (although they are EXPENSIVE, go to Pueblo instead).

Beautiful villa, quiet neighborhood, outstanding host

This villa is up to date, and very comfortable and clean. Host Dexter has thought of everything... There are beach towels, beach chairs, kayaks to borrow, and his great advice on what beaches to visit. The villa has a nice view, and we enjoyed sitting on our 2nd floor lanai with drinks and enjoying the breeze. The bed was comfortable, a/c and WiFi worked great, and the location is convenient for the Red Hook ferry and beautiful Smith beach. The kitchen is well stocked and we had everything we needed to cook family meals. We would definitely stay here again!

One of best memory of my St Thomas stay was the villas. Very comfy

The unit were very nice and as advertised. However, the surrounding area is in bad shape. As we were pulling up to the villas, I was worried I made a horrible mistake with this booking. Luckily, the villa did not match its environment. The villa was beautiful. The manager Dexter was very nice and took time to deal with the wifi issue we had. I had to help but I didn't mind. I could hear his family in the background of every call, that let me know he was stopping what he was doing to attend to our needs. I would definitely recommend his villas.

Perfect Villa

This villa is exceptional. All amenities listed in the details were available. I literally have zero complaints. The property manager Dexter was available everytime I needed some information regarding the island. We had a little trouble finding the location (due to Google Maps not being extremely accurate) but once we did, it was very easy to navigate to and from the villa to all the locations we visited.The only thing (which is so menial, I don't know why I'm listing it) is the bathroom did not get cool, but short of that, its a perfect villa. Its extremely quiet and has a good view of Scott Beach. My wife and kids did not want to leave! I would definitely recommend this property and we will be staying here again when we return to St.Thomas.

Roomy apartment near the beach

Dexter's apartment was roomy and comfortable. Communication with our host was good. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for breakfast and in the evening. The roads in the area are a bit challenging, but it was still reasonably easy to get to various locations on St Thomas. Several grocery stores were close at hand and Dexter's recommendations for groceries, restaurants and places of interest were very helpful. Although we had our own masks and snorkels, we appreciated the fact that the apartment had fins and swim towels for our group. There were only a few minor concerns. The water pressure was fairly low, although reasonable in the shower. Additionally, the communal dryer did not work. In total, a comfortable place to stay as a good jumping off place to explore various areas around the island.

Very clean, neat and tidy. Everything we needed was on site and shopping, eateries, and beaches very close. Pool was nice and had lots of float options. Car rental with same company the best! Met at airport and dropped off there as well. Super easy!

Very clean place

Overall an excellent stay here although the water heater is shared with other tenants. Water only was warm and never hot. Wife wasn’t too happy about not hot shower water. Other than the water heater issue this place is awesome! AC’s work great, generator started instantly and ran one night on a brief power outage , place was spotless and comfy!

Relaxing stay at Scott Beach Villas

Clean, convenient, roomy stay in unit 2. Our host Dexter was very welcoming, accommodating and responsive. We rented our car from Dexter which was most convenient.

Home away from home

We had a great time at this location with Dexter taking us in like extended family and all other residents in their apartments had like temperments and fun vibes. The apartments had wonderful views and were very close for walkimg to market and cafe. Taxis were affordable and dexter fave us the option to rent very nice vehicles. We will be returning

Great property

The unit we stayed in was a two bedroom and worked out great. There was 5 of us, so my daughter used the pull out. That was what you expect from a pull out couch, but there was an air mattress available. The hosr was very responsive. Loved that there was a cooler and beach chairs for us to use. Property was clean. Having a washer and dryer was a great help. Yhe ac worked great! Hope to visit again!

Wonderful condo, wonderful owner! The place was spotless upon arrival. I would highly recommend this condo. The only drawback was it wasn’t within walking distance to anything. Otherwise, it was perfect for my children and I.

Great 1st visit to the VI!

We had a great stay! Our only problem was trying to find the place. We clicked on the google maps link that was provided but it didn’t take us to the condo. The link had us driving all over the place. Dexter was easy to get a hold of and he told us that we needed to actually open google maps and type in “Scott Beach Villas”. Piece of cake after that. Highly recommend renting a car and renting one through Dexter. Very easy to do and so convenient!

Dexter was a great host. The house was immaculate and perfect for our stay with the kids. Safe and clean. They have plenty of towels for beach and shower and make up towels as well as shampoo/conditioner and body wash- also snorkeling gear - beach chairs and coolers. We had already bought all that prior to arriving at our stay unknowingly. But it’s def good to know for the next trip. I will def consider this place again for our next stay. The AC is perfect - TV in living room and rooms. Nothing bad to say about this place - wish there were more like these on the island. Def on the top. Good views also. Thank you Dexter for your hospitality you have a gem with these homes.

Dexter was a great host. The property itself was beautiful and provided beach chairs, a cooler, snorkel gear and plenty of towels. The pool was also super warm and great for a dip!

Great stay in Scott Beach

The property was excellent and VERY clean. I agree with other reviews that driving into the area does look a little sketchy but once at the property, everything was good and we learned from driving around that that is just the way things look on the island. My 75 years old mother and I stayed here and we would not hesitate to stay again. The pool was recently put in and is heated. Just down from the property is Compass Point Marina, which has a breakfast and lunch spot called “An hour late” that we ate at twice. The property is very close to Red Hook but you will need a vehicle to get around, taking taxi’s everywhere will be expensive.

Villa near a small beach.

My husband, son and I stayed here for a week over Christmas 2023. We had never been to St. Thomas before so were unsure what to expect. The owner of this property made it simple. The condo was everything we needed with a beautiful view from the balcony. Dexter (owner) provides all necessities (linens, towels [including beach towels], fully equipped kitchen with tea towels, dish soap, scrubbing sponge, paper towels and garbage bags, ample shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom. In short, the only thing I might have desired but didn’t have were tissues. There is a small beach a two minute walk away that rarely has anyone else on it. Getting in the water is a bit of a challenge due to the rocky sea floor, but one becomes more adept each time and it is so worth it to have the beach to yourself. A grocery store is close (very expensive but extremely convenient). Red Hook (dining, car ferry) is a short drive away. Dexter runs a car rental service so we took advantage of this. Someone meets you at the airport with the car, and again at the curbside departure area for its return. Very easy. In short, we would stay here again if we returned to St. Thomas.
