La Casa Ortalis & Casita - Spectaculaire maison en bord de mer à San Pancho!

La Casa Ortalis & Casita est une villa pittoresque et unique située derrière une allée privée fermée sur la falaise nord-ouest donnant sur la plage de San Pancho. En entrant dans la maison principale au deuxième niveau, l'une sera englobée dans le salon et la salle à manger couverts en plein air, donnant tous sur la terrasse de la piscine à débordement. Tout au long du niveau, vous pouvez profiter d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan et la plage ci-dessous!

Le niveau d'entrée se compose également d'une cuisine entièrement fermée et d'une tanière fermée avec deux lits simples qui comprend des options de couchage supplémentaires et une salle de bain complète. À l'extrême ouest se trouve l'incroyable roi maître, une chambre avec salle de bains privative et une terrasse avec vue sur l'océan et des vues qui donnent l'impression de flotter sur l'océan. À l'extrême est est l'invité, une chambre avec salle de bains privative avec une terrasse avec vue sur la jungle et l'océan. Les escaliers mènent en bas à la chambre avec lit queen-size en-suite avec une terrasse privée dans la jungle. Toutes les chambres accueillent la climatisation, une élégante douche en plein air, une salle de bain complète et des ventilateurs de plafond.

Derrière la maison, un chemin en pierre vous mène à l'édition la plus récente, une incroyable vue sur l'océan, une casita individuelle de deux étages abritant une chambre king en-suite avec une aire de repos palapa en plein air en haut.

La Casa Ortalis & Casita est nichée sur une falaise directement au-dessus de l'océan Pacifique à la lisière de la forêt tropicale offrant à chaque vue une scène de vie et de beauté. La transition transparente entre les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs vous permet de profiter pleinement de la chaleur et de la beauté de cet endroit très spécial!

Breathtaking Sunsets!

Terrific house with sunset views of a lifetime EVERY NIGHT! Easy access to town and the beach via scenic golf cart ride. Highly recommend for friends and family.

Amazing!!

Absolutely beautiful! The house exceeded our expectations and all of the house staff went above and beyond. Joel was very responsive and Eva made us 2 delicious dinners. The house was very clean with beautiful views and a lot of space for a group, can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic house!!

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Ortalis! The views are breathtaking. We saw whales from the comfort of the pool deck every day of our visit. It is an easy, albeit steep, walk to the beach. While we did not have a golf cart or a car, we think that when we come back we might want one for trips into town. It’s only about a mile, but some of it is pretty dark and with the beautiful cobblestone streets, it would have been nice to have a golf cart. We often walked into town for dinner, then used a taxi back to the house.

Views for days!

We were a group of 7 celebrating a birthday, and this villa couldn't have been more perfect for us! The pictures in the listing don't quite capture how incredible the view is - the sunsets were so picturesque they almost looked fake. We were hit with incredibly high temperatures and humidity (October) but the rooms had a/c which was a life-saver. Staff was incredibly responsive and lovely to deal with. Get a golf cart as soon as you arrive - you'll use it every day to run into town. Would stay again and look forward to another trip to San Pancho in the future!

Beautiful villa with stunning views

We brought our daughters and their partners to stay here and we were all blown away by the wonderful villa. The huge open plan space under the enormos palapa style roof was fantastic. We spent many a happy hour under it, storm and sunset watching. We loved the fact that we all had our own ensuite generous and very comfortable ensuite bedroom suites. The open showers, especially ours in the master suite were sublime. Showering in the open, whilst overlooking the sea was a very special experience. The staff were lovely, attentive and helpful, and Eva cooked us some delicious meals. We would love to retun here one day.

Dream getaway destination!

Amazing is all we can say! The pictures don’t do it justice, the views and feeling peace, tranquillity and privacy are everywhere. And just far enough outside the town to feel like you’re separated from it all while still being close enough to easily get back and forth. We rented a golf cart and that was perfect for ease of getting around the narrow streets of San Pancho. The house manager Joel was quick to help with info when needed and Eva the housekeeper and cook couldn’t have been nicer, she made us a couple of delicious meals during our stay. It was all pretty perfect. We will be back.

Magnificent View!

Such an amazing place! It was perfect for our group of 2 families including 4 teens. Allison was a very responsive host & Joel, the house manager, was available by phone & helpful throughout our stay. The home and property are absolutely stunning, from the beautiful open-air common area, lovely pool & breathtaking views of the dreamy Pacific as well as the beach & town of San Pancho & Sayulita to the south. Sunsets were absolutely stunning. The kind caretaker couple prepared some delicious meals for us and kept the place clean & tidy. It's a steep but doable walk down to beach & town and Joel helped us arrange taxis as needed. We highly recommend Casa Ortalis & hope to return soon!

Beautiful San Pancho property

We loved our time at Casa Ortalis. The view is unbeatable, and every room was quite comfortable. Communication at every step was prompt and easy. Highly recommend.

Casa Ortalis has a gorgeous view, outdoor showers with the sun setting right over the ocean in the view. The caretakers of the property are the sweetest most helpful couple. They will make your stay wonderful and Eva is a great cook!!

We absolutely LOVED this villa!!

We can’t wait to go back! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely stunning views. This is a perfect villa for couples because the pool area is a great hangout spot for everyone to come together and the rooms are completely separate throughout the property offering privacy.

Felt like a dream!

La Casa Ortalis was a fabulous home for our stay over Thanksgiving week. We stayed with our four teenage daughters. We all were blown away with the beauty of the home, as well as, the property. Everything was clean and beautiful. We will be dreaming of this house for years to come. I would not recommend the house for small children given the drop offs throughout the property. Also, if you don’t have a car, the steep driveway can be a challenge. We did not rent one and enjoyed the walks, but the walk to town is about 30 minutes. Our girls never complained because the returning to the house and visiting the town was always exciting. When we come back we hope La Casa Ortalis is available for us!!

Amazing property!!

We stayed with our four teenage daughters and we kept where we were staying a secret until we arrived. They cried when we arrived because the home was way more than what they had dreamed. It is a gorgeous, clean home with great space for people to spread out and have privacy. It was perfect for the six of us. I would not recommend the home for small children. There were several drop offs throughout the property. Also, without a car, the hill to the house can be a challenge. We did not have a car and no one complained about the hike to and from town because returning to the house and going into town were both exciting. The walk to town was about 30 minutes but it was a beautiful walk along the beach. One night when returning from dinner we ran into two dozen leatherback turtles that had just hatched and were making their way to the ocean. Highly recommend utilizing Eva for meals if you want to stay in to eat. She did a fabulous job of preparing a dinner for our arrival late at night and the following morning breakfast. She even catered to our vegetarian/vegan daughters. We all loved the meals. We are still dreaming of hearing the waves crashing over the rocks every night. We will definitely be back!!

Best Home Ever!!!!

La Casa Ortalis is the best vacation home we've ever rented. Ever. The location, views, and layout were all fabulous. The open living area with it's gorgeous view was perfect for afternoon relaxation and family game playing. The kids loved the pool and the iguana who came out every day. It was a nice, easy walk into San Pancho to enjoy the festivities but far enough away you could avoid the noise. Close to Mar Plata, one of our favorite restaurants. Close to riding, surfing, fishing, the beach, all sorts of fun activities. We've been traveling to this area for years and definitely want to return to La Casa Ortalis!
