This property was centrally located for many of the places we visited. On a quiet street, comfy beds, sweet garden. We were pleased with the accommodations.
The space is really beautiful and it is super close to Chapultapec Park, which is amazing ... it was our first trip to CDMX and we thought we had booked a place in a different neighborhood (our fault 100pc) ... but it was easy to get in and out of and the furniture and space are great.
Property was lovely architectural space with lush patio in great location. Very comfortable. However chilly at night until owner repairs heat. Up to four flights of stairs OK for most but tough for seniors. Owner was very responsive and available and eager to provide complete tourist information.
If you like to pretend you are an artsy metropolitan resident of the cities you visit (one of my favorite pastimes), this is the place. Eclectic style, homey vibe, plenty of space to spread out in comfortable surroundings. The neighborhood is hip in the daytime - lunch/brunch spots, galleries, etc. After 5:30 it's a bit sleepy, you'll probably want to head out to neighboring Condessa, which is close enough to walk. We had a little trouble with the hot water - sometimes it was there, sometimes not. Never met Santiago in person but he responded immediately every single time we reached out, we felt well looked-after. Overall, would definitely stay again.
This was our second time staying at Santiago's place and we have always had an amazing stay. Santiago is great for checking in with you and has provided excellent recommendations on what to do around the city. We look forward to returning.
My girlfriend and I (both 30 years old) loved this condo. The artwork, greenery, and overall design provided a comfortable and energizing vibe. My top unexpected features were the Nespresso machine and the Bose surround sound system. Highly recommended.
This loft was perfect! Great location. Able to walk to Condesa and Roma. Always felt safe in this area. Outdoor patio was perfect for coffee and cocktails!! Santiago was very responsive and made everything easy!!! Would definitely recommend!!!
We had an absolutely amazing stay in this well designed loft. It's spacious, private, inviting, comfortable, and so much more. Santiago was fantastic in checking in on us if there was anything we needed, and providing great welcome package, including a bottle of delicious Mezcal! I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the La Condesa area.
This is a spacious two-bedroom apartment with tons of character. We made daily use of the well-equipped kitchen and dining areas (especially outside on the patio). Good location, we easily walked to Condesa, Roma, Chalputepec Park, etc. We felt safe and secure during our 5-night stay.
Santiago was an excellent host. The apartment was homey and cool at the same time. Santiago's communication was also superb. He left a very detailed guide, including excellent restaurant and excursion recommendations. He was also very available for our questions and incredibly flexible with our last minute situation.
A side note: as someone with a bad back, I really appreciated the firm mattress on the second floor.
