Luxueuse et confortable, cette maison offre une vue sur le lac Coeur d'Alene, des planchers de bois franc, des plafonds voûtés à rainure et languette dans la grande salle, une cuisine massive avec un îlot, un tout nouveau bain à remous, une cabane dans les arbres et un garage attenant pour deux voitures .

La suite principale a une vue magnifique sur l'eau et les portes françaises menant à la terrasse surélevée. La salle de bain principale a une double vasque, une baignoire de jardin, une douche à l'italienne et un dressing.

Une fournaise au gaz naturel à air pulsé avec A / C maintient la maison au chaud en hiver et au frais en été. Les deux cheminées, une au bois avec encadrement en pierre dans la grande salle et une électrique dans le salon, offrent une belle touche d'ambiance pour la détente en fin de soirée.

La sérénité et l'intimité décrivent parfaitement le cadre de la maison avec des vues stellaires, de grands arbres et une faune abondante. Secluded location

The property is perfect for those who want to stay out of the center of town and enjoy the beauty of the mountains, but still be close enough to enjoy all there is to do near by.

Spacious Lakeside Getaway

Property was perfect for our escape from the AZ heat. Plenty of space for all, and located on a large private plot. Property management was prompt and accommodating. Would stay again.

Extended family getaway

This home was perfect for our extended family of 11 with 5 kids aged 4-9. It was well-stocked. The kids loved the tree house, ping pong and hot tub. And the adults loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the view!

Great views of the lake

A very clean and nice property, but a bit off the beaten track - including about 1/10th mile of dirt road before hitting pavement just before property. The house is sparkling clean and very spacious and well-stocked kitchen with basic needs. Wish it was closer to town but an enjoyable visit nonetheless.

Overall, our stay was excellent.

The owners made the process extremely easy. The description of the home and amenities were spot on. This is the first time staying a short distance (15 minutes) from town. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and the accommodations were perfect. Thank you

2 week lake trip

Lovely Vacation Home

This home and property were just beautiful. More than what we expected! So much room for the kids to explore and set up games. The downstairs deck is big enough for everyone to gather. The highlight of our whole vacation were the amazing view of the sunset above the Lake Coeur d'Alene! Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

Great place!

This is a perfect place for gathering with family/friends of all ages. So much to do! Basketball, board games, ping pong, chess etc. Plus the treehouse, sandbox and swings for keeping the younger one busy was perfect. Beautiful, private property yet just a few minutes to town. Awesome hot tub too! Nicely furnished and comfortable with a big, well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed watching the wildlife roam about the property.

Beautiful In Every Way

Gorgeous home with a gorgeous view everywhere you look. Be sure to look for the beautiful four legged visitor that comes around 8:30 every evening. Plenty of room for everyone inside and out. Kids loved the large backyard for play and the adults enjoyed the upper and lower patios for relaxing. Our trips to the area are yearly and we will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future.

Great place

We loved the place-beautiful view, lovely atmosphere. The only down side was really it sleeps 12, not 14..also, need a regular garbage can in the kitchen. The trash compactor is a bit of a nightmare. Need dish cloths to clean counters too. All in all, we loved the whole experience. Thank you!

Amazing property, great views, fun for Kids

The view and the location of the property is priceless. The house is well stocked with everything you need for a family vacation. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of space for the whole family. The house included a ton of games to keep the kids entertained for hours! The house is also a short drive from the amazing downtown! Cour D Alene has so many activities including: jet ski, pontoon, and atb rentals. Best lake vacation ever! Thank you Jean for the quick response and service! We will come back!!

Awesome long-weekend getaway

This property was even better in person than in the pictures. We traveled with 7-year old twins, some teenagers and adults, and everyone had the best time. We had plenty of room to spread out, the house was beautifully decorated, there were so many extra touches and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed. The owner answered all of our questions very quickly via text message. The scenery and the view were gorgeous! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our long weekend. We would most definitely recommend! Thank you, Jean!

Needs some maintenance

The property is gorgeous with ample sleeping room. However there were maintenance issues to be addressed. There were problems with the gas stove, the diswasher, the bedroom tvs and a mouse in the master bedroom .

Great Property for Kids and Wildlife Viewing

The kids loved the bunks, large yard, and tree house. We saw elk, deer, frogs, and a number of interesting birds (pileated woodpecker, western tanager, wild turkey, and western bluebird, to name a few) on and around the property. You feel as though you’re in the wilderness, even though downtown CDA is just a few minutes away, and the sunsets are incredible when the weather is right. The house was well stocked with all the kitchenware, games, etc. we needed, and property management was responsive and helpful. We stayed six nights and felt like we could have easily stayed twice as many.

The Great Snow getaway

We came up to visit my daughter who is at boarding school. The house was amazing. The property was spectacular. We woke up every morning to deer in the yard. My son spent as much time as possible sledding in every part of the yard. We made s’mores every night. It was perfect. I can not express how much the house made our trip better. I will gladly stay here again. Communication with the property owner was fast and efficient. No onerous rules to follow. An absolute positive in every way. A++++

Beautiful home in a beautiful location!

We just spent 5 nights here and it was perfect! The house had everything we could’ve asked for and more. The kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed meals together on the beautiful big patio. There was plenty of seating for our group of 10, both to eat dinner at the tables and to sit around the fire pit. The view of the lake was amazing. The whole house was really clean and we loved all the natural light it let in. Each bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable. Everyone slept great in each of the beds. The location was perfect for us too. It was a short drive to the “downtown” area of CDA where there is a variety of things to do. Check in/out and communication with the property manager was easy. We had a wonderful vacation and we owe much of that to this beautiful house. If we visit CDA again we will definitely stay here.

beautiful property

We loved the house. The location is amazing, up on a mountain with gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding hills. The house was definitely large enough for all 14 of us. There were lots for the grandkids to do, inside and outside. The kitchen is huge and has everything you might need. The only problem we had was there were 4 couples and 3 rooms with a queen or king sized bed , which I was aware of before we arrived, but there was supposed to be a sofa bed in the family room downstairs as it was advertised in the room descriptions so thought we would be ok. The mattress is missing a lot of springs and they weren't able to sleep on it. We made due but they didn't sleep great. Would definitely recommend this property for a large family. We even had a photographer come up and take family photos around the property because it was perfect for it.
