Cette maison offre une intimité inégale car elle est nichée au milieu de la jungle loin de tous les voisins, parfaite pour tous ceux qui recherchent la pièce et la tranquillité. Ce domaine dispose de cinq grandes suites avec lit king-size et bains attenants.

Casa Palapa est situé dans une communauté privée au sud de Puerto Vallarta. Il est à 5 min en voiture du centre ville. Casa Palapa est construite au milieu de la jungle entourée d'animaux sauvages et d'arbres. La maison offre une vue imprenable sur la baie de Banderas, y compris une vue sur le célèbre Los Arcos.

Premier étage: dispose d'une grande cuisine ouverte sur le salon et la salle à manger. Comprend tous les appareils modernes (y compris le lave-vaisselle). Un très grand salon partage l'espace avec la salle à manger (12 places) et s'ouvrent sur terrasse et piscine. Il y a une salle de bain d'hôtes et une chambre avec salle de bains au premier étage qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse. La maison dispose d'un système audio BOSE à 6 haut-parleurs contrôlé par SONOS. La terrasse dispose d'une piscine à débordement et d'un jacuzzi pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Le coin salon extérieur comprend une cabane avec une table à manger pour 12 personnes et un salon pour 6 personnes. De plus, il y a 4 chaises longues.

Le deuxième étage a une salle de télévision et 3 grandes chambres. Chaque chambre avec salle de bain attenante, vue mer et terrasse privée. Le dernier étage a la suite principale avec sa douche extérieure et intérieure.

La maison comprend tous les équipements modernes tels qu'Internet, A / C et sécurité 24h / 24.

La maison comprend 2 membres du personnel qui vous aideront pendant votre séjour. Le service hôtelier est donné, n'inclut pas les repas.

Amazing stay, can't fault anything!!!

We stayed at this villa over Christmas and New Year and were so impressed with everything! It is beautiful, stunning views, beautiful bedrooms and a wonderful infinity pool with jacuzzi. The whole house is spotlessly clean and Norma and Alberto did such a wonderful job of looking after us, rustling up breakfast from what ever we had in the house and keeping us topped up with margaritas by the pool. They really elevate the whole experience. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Ubers were very easy into town from the house, there was quite a bit of traffic getting into town early evening but we were in peak season so just allow extra time. We would 100% return to this tropical paradise.Our whole group said this was the best holiday we've ever had! Heather was super helpful with booking and any questions we had. Thanks for everything.

Location

The house is inside a private gated community with 24 hour guard. The house itself was beyond beautiful, spacious and clean. Our group spent most of our time in the infinity pool to watch the amazing views. Norma and Alberto were amazing. You will not want to leave this house.

Dream Home & Staff!

I stayed here with a group of my friends to celebrate my 30th birthday, and I can’t express enough how amazing this property is!! The entire home feels like a breath of fresh air, the infinity pool is amazing, each room feels luxurious, and the two staff (Alberto and Norma) were exceptional! They provided breakfast every morning from our groceries, and went above and beyond to make everything so special. Alberto whipped up amazing margaritas and mojitos while we lounged by the pool, and gave a great recommendation for a boating/snorkeling tour. Heather and Salvador were so helpful as we planned for our trip and were always available to answer any questions we had. As recommended by the owner, we brought in Chef Luis for our meals and he did not disappoint! Would definitely stay here again next time we visit PV.

Dream vacation

My first time staying at a VRBO and it was beyond anything I ever imagined. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, they did more than we had expected. The home itself was beautiful with amazing views and in a great gated community where we felt safe. Nothing was a far ride away. The pool was gorgeous and was a perfect temperature. Made for an incredible family vacation. We would definitely love to stay here again! An unforgettable dream house!

This home is fabulous!

Pictures don’t do it justice. The decor was awesome, my 15 yr old grandson took pics of all the pictures, statues and lovely art! The view is a million dollar value, and sunsets WOW! if you are looking for a chef use Robert Jimenez and his cousin Tony ! We are from Louisiana and are used to great food and their cooking and presentation did not disappoint! We all wanted to pay a ticket for them to come home with us ! Our Driver Edwardo was beyond words very friendly entertaining us with any music of our choice and also our singing ! He got us to and from all of our activities and to and from the airport! Alberto and Nora took care of our housing needs for anything and everything! We had a Family Christmas vacation all 9 of us will never forget! C Kuhn I’d recommend all of the above with a 5 Star rating!

A beautiful home on a pristine property close to town but yet felt like your own personal oasis. The home was beautifully appointed and came with a staff that was attentive and went way beyond their duties. This property is spectacular! Thank you for our best vacation ever!

Half of me wants nobody to find out about this place because it was so incredibly wonderful and blew our already high expectations out of the water and we can’t wait to go back. Honestly, the already beautiful pictures don’t even begin to do justice to the views you have here. The staff were WONDERFUL, the location is just remote enough yet close enough to town that you are able to stay isolated and also easily get to any adventures/restaurants etc that you want. I really can’t put into words how much we enjoyed our stay, and can’t wait to come back. Thank you for everything!! Listings like this need to have a 6 star option.

Wish we didn’t have to leave...

We were married at Secrets resort in PVR a few days prior with 34 guests attending our wedding. We booked this home for our “honeymoon” along with a few family members. This home did not disappoint!!! The home owners and property manager were very responsive prior to arrival as well as during our stay. The home is absolutely stunning and exactly what we needed especially after all the wedding festivities. Norma and Alberto made our stay even more enjoyable. We provided a list of items we wanted at the house upon arrival so we didn’t have to deal with the store, and we were able to pay Alberto when we arrived. Anything additional we needed from the store Alberto brought for us the next day. Two beautiful and trust-worthy people, and we were sad to say good bye to them. Alberto makes a great margarita, and the salsa and guacamole were some of the best I’ve tasted. Norma and Alberto also made us breakfast every morning and snacks for afternoon. We hired Chef Claudio one day who cooked three authentic and delicious meals for us, and it was very inexpensive. The town is very close and transportation was super easy. I’ve been going to PVR for over 20 years, and this was one of the best places I’ve stayed! We will definitely be back as we are already planning a small sibling get together for next year and plan on renting this home again. Highly recommend!!! Thank you again! Lisa & Eddie

Loved every second

Rented this gorgeous home for our annual girl’s trip and had an absolute ball! Location was perfect, the view is outstanding, and it’s incredibly clean and spacious. Alberto, Norma, and Claudio were so accommodating and took the whole experience to the next level. It was unanimous among the nine of us that this was the best home we’ve rented in our six years of trips. Would HIGHLY recommend!!

Immaculate, well kept BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY with a HANDS DOWN BEST HOUSE ATTENDANTS EVER!!

This trip was for my two year anniversary, and my wife and I were accompanied by our wedding party and another couple who are our good friends. This home was spacious and accommodated each couple with their own bedroom, beautiful bathrooms, and outdoor patio. I can spend all day on the view of the bay and the mountainous jungle, but I HAVE to speak as to the service that was provide by Alberto, Norman, and Chef Claudio!! Alberto serves as the property manager/concierge during our 1 week stay. He was very attentive to our needs whether that meaning scheduling cab rides, store runs, or even making a MEAN Mojito! His service and attitude was 5 star hotel worthy. Norma kept the house clean, our clothes washed, and even managed to get a good laugh in between at the hilarious antics of my friends. It was a please to have her join us for breakfast the day before we departed. Chef Claudio really went all out for anything we wanted cooked. He had lunch and margaritas ready upon our arrival, and worked hard to keep us fed with fresh guacamole, and whatever meals we planned for the week. I must say that one of my highlights was Claudio preparing our fresh catch from our fishing charter. He prepared our fresh catch multiple ways with multiple sauces. Even made some for breakfast the next morning. This home, with this crew is one of Puerto Vallartas BEST KEPT SECRETS!!! ALBERTO, Norma, and Claudio, thanks for helping to make our anniversary trip a memorable one!!!!!! My wife and I will definitely be back with some friends on our next Puerto Vallarta trip!

Beautiful well appointed home south of PV

We loved the home. It is extremely well appointed. The kitchen has everything a cook would need. The wide open doors create a beautiful open feeling. The sound system and outdoor area was great. I loved the location. Close to town, but not too far. The only downside was the large hotel in front of the house which you can see in the pictures emits a steady low hum. Music drowns it out. Small complaint for an otherwise impeccable home. Norma was also awesome! Super helpful.

Bernardo's home was fantastic! the house, the view, hot tub, pool...it worked perfect for us. The staff Alberto and Norma went above and beyond for us. The steep driveway was a little challenging, but this place is highly recommended. We loved it.

House exceeded our expectations!

I booked this residence to celebrate my 30th birthday with friends. There were 9 of us and the property offered more than enough room. Upon arrival I was immediately wowed but the home, the pictures are great but really don't do justice to just how amazing this home really is. Alberto, Rosio and Norma were excellent. The home and pool area was kept very clean and we were comfortable at all times! Alberto's margaritas were EXCELLENT! Rosio and Alberto prepared breakfast for us as well and this was such a delight. Alberto assisted us with grocery shopping and even recommended we go to a local pescateria to get fresh, good quality fish. Chef Claudio was GREAT and prepared delicious meals based on our requests. From tacos to lobster, this man knows what he's doing! I was very impressed with his skill and flexibility. We didn't rent a car but Alberto arranged for a cab/van to come to the home to take us into town for our various activities. This was great as the entire group could stay together. Bernardo was a very helpful host and provided restaurant recommendations, daily activities and even helped us arrange the chef for our stay. He was attentive and very responsive prior to and during our stay. I reached out to him 1-2 times during the stay and he quickly called me to provide assistance which I very much appreciated! I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to PV!
