3 bedroom family apartment with sauna and parking

This 100m2 three-bedroom family apartment is a short walk from downtown Helsinki. It is on two floors and has two separate bathrooms, a sauna, and two balconies with glazing.

The first floor has a roomy living room, dining area, kitchen (no dishwasher), bathroom, bedroom (1 single, 1 double bed) and access to the smaller balcony. The sofa bed in the living room sleeps two.

Upstairs has a bathroom & sauna, 2 bedrooms and access to the larger rooftop balcony with glazing.
📕 House Rules. Breaking the rules may result in your stay being cancelled before checkout or additional payments.
🤫 Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Please maintain reasonable noise levels throughout your stay.
🎉 While the apartment may seem ideal for hosting parties, please note that our neighbours are very sensitive to noise. If we receive any complaints, we will address them immediately. A written warning from the housing association’s board will incur a €3,000 fee.
🚪 Due to the proximity of neighbours’ balconies, even minimal noise can be heard. Balcony use is strictly forbidden between 22:00 and 07:00.
🚭 Smoking, vaping, or related activities are not allowed in the apartment, on the balcony, or in the building. A minimum fine of €1,000 will be charged for smoking in the apartment.
🐶 Pets are allowed, but must be added to the booking. If you are bringing a pet, please contact us.
👠 Please remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a cultural practice in Finland, a way to reduce noise and protect property.
💦 Only water is allowed on the sauna stove.
👨‍👨‍👦‍👦 All guests must be included in the reservation. No unregistered visitors are permitted. If undeclared guests are found, an additional €50 per person per night will be charged.
🧳 Leaving luggage in the building before or after your stay is prohibited. Please use the nearest luggage storage at Kamppi shopping centre or the central railway station.
🕒 Late checkout is not allowed without prior approval. If you are still at the apartment after the scheduled checkout time, a fee of €10 per hour will be charged. If our cleaner has to wait for you to vacate, an additional €60 per hour will be charged. If your late checkout delays the next guest’s check-in, you will be charged the cost of the first night`s stay for the next guest’s stay.
🚯 Please keep the apartment tidy. If extra cleaning is required or damage occurs, you will be charged the full cost of cleaning or repairs.
