a beautifully kept, classic Finnish timber home in Rovaniemi, with Ounasvaara`s ski slopes and cross-country trails just 800 metres from the front door.

The home is warm and characterful throughout, with natural pine panelling on the walls and ceilings giving it the authentic feel of a traditional Lapland retreat. The living room features a comfortable sofa, a cosy wicker armchair, a flat-screen TV and WiFi — a genuinely relaxing space to unwind after a day outdoors.

The kitchen and dining area are open and well set up for a group of four. A long dining table with bench seating sits at the centre, and the kitchen is fully equipped — hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave are all available.

There are two bedrooms. The first has a 120 cm bed and a 90 cm single; the second has two 90 cm single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for extra guests. The home has two separate WCs, a shower room with a private sauna next door, and a washing machine — well set up for stays of any length.

In winter, the ski slopes and lit cross-country trails of Ounasvaara are just a short walk away. In summer, the same hill is excellent for hiking, and Rovaniemi Golf is just 1.3 km from the door. Santa Claus Village is 6.9 km away — easy to reach by car for a day of Lapland magic.

Bed linen and towels are included for all guests. Parking is available on site.
