Set within the fringes of the national park and within easy reach of the surrounding mountain ranges you could not be better placed. This absolute haven for fun seekers has access to the Brecon Beacons for walking and cycling and for the little more adventurous rock climbing, abseiling and canoeing. For a more peaceful day visit one of the towns or villages of the national park, Brecon, Hay-on-Wye famed for its weekly market and May Literary Festival, Crickhowell a small Georgian town nestled within the Usk valley and Abergavenny a bustling market town with Roman origins considered to be the gateway to Wales. For foodies and festival goers there is a full calendar with something to suit all tastes.


Take in the views across to Pen Y Fan before you step inside the newly added garden room, with hanging space for coats and boots to be left behind. Then step into this charming cottage with open plan lounge/kitchen/diner finished with a clever mix of both old and new, a cosy sofa styled with Welsh blankets sits to the side of the wood burner where you can enjoy watching a film on the Smart TV. Take meals in the garden room while enjoying views across the valley. Relax on the contemporary easy chair and footstool, soaking in the suns rays, it's the perfect spot for reading. A traditional farmhouse table and chairs sits to the side of the room leading to a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge with full size under counter freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. When it’s time for bed climb the cottage stairs to the first floor where you will find a double bedroom which enjoys views across the countryside and the second bedroom is a comfortable single with views onto the front of the cottage. There is a bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.


Step outside and enjoy the pretty garden with large garden bench and table along with charcoal BBQ. There is allocated parking for one car available.
