Tenby Castle is less than 500 metres away and is well worth a wander around, as is the National Trust’s Tudor Merchant’s House (400 metres). Pembroke Castle (11 miles) is set in an idyllic location and is perfect for an afternoon stroll. Spend sunny days on North Beach (less than 400 metres) where Goscar Rock rears out of the sand in the centre of the strip, or hop on the ferry to Priory Bay on Caldey Island (3 miles on foot and via ferry) to sunbathe with a backdrop of lush greenery.



As soon as you step into the property, you’ll feel its grandeur and 19th-century style. The large open-plan living area is filled with light thanks to three large windows looking out over the harbour and Carmarthen Bay, but draw the heavy curtains in the evening and it’s a cosy space to sink into the sofas in front of the TV.
