This property is located in the town of New Quay, a pretty seaside village on the West Wales coast. A quieter alternative to the bigger resort of Aberystwyth, New Quay is a quaint village where colourful houses line the seafront and visitors have a choice of three splendid beaches, each offers plenty of sandy space to relax and play. There is a good choice of shops, cafes, and restaurants in the town, as well as several interesting attractions, including dolphin spotting boat trips, a marine centre, and the Dylan Thomas Trail which allows visitors to follow in the footsteps of Wales’ best-loved poet who once lived in the town.
Guests approach the property via Gomer Crescent/High Terrace. A set of steps lead down to a welcoming paved area with outdoor furniture leading to the front door which opens directly into the open-plan living area where there are two comfortable sofas from which to enjoy the smart television.Walk through the lounge to the kitchen where guests will easily find everything they will need, including a Range-style double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. The bedroom lies at the far end of the house, and is an attractive double room with its own television, which offers stunning sea views. The washing machine is kept in a bedroom cupboard. There is also a separate single cabin bed, which is a fun place to sleep. There is also a bathroom which has a shower-over-bath and WC.Outside, there is a secure paved patio, enjoying sea views from its elevated position. The owners have thoughtfully provided garden furniture, making it easy to enjoy alfresco drinks on a sunny afternoon, or as the sun goes down. There is limited non dedicated roadside parking close to the property, or there is a car park available around 100m away. The property does not support electric car charging; the nearest charging point is located in a car park circa 400m distance.House Rules
