Situated in a small village within the Brecon Beacons & one mile outside of Abergavenny (best known for its eateries, vineyard & much more), this substantial Victorian brownstone house is surrounded by an acre of mature, tranquil gardens.

The space
The Old School House is a 5 bedroom, gated property, set in an acer of its own grounds. There are 2 small steps leading to the front entrance, followed by a bootroom. To the left is a bathroom with shower and a downstairs double bedroom. To the right is a large 'L' shaped kitchen diner with a long dining room table, seating 12 and an open fireplace.
There are two lounges, one has an open fireplace and the other a large corner sofa and TV.
Upstairs are 4 further bedrooms, 3 of which are doubles and the master room has a king size bed and ensuit shower room. One bedroom has a single futon pull out bed. There is also a family bathroom with bath and over bath shower.
The garage has been converted into a games room, with pool table, ping pong, table football, darts and other games and sporting equipment.
The outside dining table is under a covered area which also has an outside kitchen with sink, stove, freezer and cooking equipment.
The outside also has a wood fired hot tub, fire pit/BBQ, hammock and seating area.
