Whether you're watching the fishing boats bobbing in the harbour or admiring the changing colours of the coastline from the comfort of the lounge, this charming apartment provides the perfect setting for a memorable seaside escape.


Ideal for couples or small families, Tenby Harbour View offers comfortable accommodation for up to four guests, with one king-size bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge, suitable for two children or teenagers.

The apartment enjoys an enviable location in the heart of Tenby, just moments from the picturesque harbour, golden sandy beaches and the town's colourful Georgian streets. Spend your days exploring the excellent selection of independent shops, cafés, pubs and restaurants, before returning to your harbour-side retreat to relax and take in the stunning coastal scenery from the bay window.


Tenby is surrounded by some of Pembrokeshire's most spectacular coastline, with easy access to the Pembrokeshire Coast Path and beautiful sandy beaches. Boat trips run regularly to Caldey Island, while nearby family attractions including Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, Heatherton World of Activities and Manor Wildlife Park make this an ideal destination for families, walkers and beach lovers alike. Just a few miles away, Saundersfoot offers a quieter atmosphere, with a pretty harbour, family-friendly beach and an excellent choice of eateries.


The nearby villages of Narberth and Amroth, or a little further afield, St David's – the smallest city in the UK – can all be easily reached by car should you wish to explore more of Pembrokeshire.

Lounge/Dining Area


The bright and welcoming lounge makes the most of the apartment's exceptional location, with a large bay window framing uninterrupted views across Tenby Harbour and out towards Monkstone Point. A comfortable sofa and large swivel chair provide the perfect spot to sit back and enjoy the ever-changing scenery. The sofa converts into a double sofa bed, suitable for two children or teenagers. A Smart TV is provided for cosy evenings in, while the small dining area offers a lovely setting for leisurely breakfasts or evening meals after a day spent exploring the town and coastline.


Kitchen


The well-equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a self-catering stay, including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster.


Bedroom


The peaceful bedroom features a king-size bed, with hanging space offering a comfortable retreat at the end of the day.


Bathroom


The bathroom comprises a sunken shower, with a deep shower tray that can also be used as a small bath for young children, along with a wash hand basin, mirror and toilet.


The apartment further benefits from WiFi.


Please note that due to the property's central location, parking is not provided. Parking is available at one of the nearby pay and display car parks which are within easy walking distance 5-10 minutes from the apartment, including the multi-storey car park, the Sea Front car park and North Beach car park. Please note that there is restricted vehicular access during the summer months, when Tenby operates its' pedestrianisation scheme.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays.
