Perchée à quelques pas seulement des dunes et des vagues du Pacifique, cette charmante location comprend un bain à remous privé, un accès commun à une piscine ouverte en saison et à des courts de tennis pour un petit supplément journalier, pour que votre escapade sur la côte soit vraiment mémorable.

Cette maison fait partie du Bayshore Beach Club, une communauté exclusive perchée juste au nord de la ville sur la péninsule entre l'océan et la rivière Alsea. Avec les dunes qui roulent jusqu'à la maison, tout ce que vous avez à faire est de sortir pour sentir le sable sous vos orteils et les embruns pour vous rafraîchir le visage. Great location, house was just okay…

1. The check in & out process was simple. 2. The house has incredible views from the front & back. Front view is of the bridge & bay. Back view is the beach & ocean. 3. Access to the beach is fantastic. It does have a steep drop down to the actual beach but it’s fine as there’s some sand switchbacks that one can navigate. 4. The house is a RENTAL through and through. Do not expect fancy furniture, upgrades, or anything nice. Most things there are likely thrifted or from Marketplace. This includes everything from the dishes to the bedding, to the furniture. Many things were broken, including a cabinet door & bed frames. There is no warmth, thought, or character put into this house. It’s sparse, cold, & bare. We were disappointed but at the same time, I didn’t have to worry about my kids or dog knocking over a priceless lamp, etc. 5. We went into this property knowing that it was a dog friendly property. That being said, everything we own is now covered in black dog hair—we don’t own a black dog. We own a yellow doodle. There was black dog hair on every surface of the house. Sheets, pillows, floor, vents, you name it, there was black dog hair on it. 6. The hot tub shorts out when you turn the jets on. I spent a good chunk of time communicating with the property manager about the hot tub not working.7. Overall cleanliness & amenities was subpar. 8. All of this aside, my family had a great trip & loved being at the beach for the week, but we likely won’t stay here again.

Incredible view and beach placement

The location of the property is incredible — though the home inside is a bit dated and feels a bit on the cheap side, the home is on an astoundingly beautiful beachfront property. Waking up to the view and then walking along the beach and catching glimpses of seals in the water… and a full arch of a rainbow to send us off in the morning. Well equipped kitchen overall for basic cooking needs. Coffee pot appreciated!

Great location - whales!

This home’s location is amazing. I’ve rented in this neighborhood before and I appreciate that the beach never seems crowded. You can see the ocean from the home’s windows and deck over the dune (some houses in this neighborhood have a view of the dunes and you can’t see the ocean). I saw whales every day during this trip from the house! The house was clean and large with a modern kitchen. Just like other reviews noted, the supplies seem limited compared to other rentals so you will likely have to go buy some things if you didn’t bring them with you. It’s interesting as I feel other rentals I go to seem to accumulate typical spices, Tupperware, utensils, etc but this place hasn’t. But, I was prepared for this since I read other reviews. Some of the cookware seemed old and was rusted. And, commenters were not kidding about the very steep drop on the dune path to the beach. While it was great we are up higher because I think that’s how we got to see the whales, if you are injured or have mobility issues, that’s likely not a place you will access the beach. But, hanging out at the top is a great way to enjoy the view. But, again, we knew this from reading reviews and were able to use this access. One suggestion I have is to add screens to the windows. During summer it gets extremely warm in the main area in the afternoon and flies, etc would come in if we chose to open the windows for any sort of breeze. We will definitely stay at this property again. Just wanted to write some heads ups to potential renters and offer the one suggestion, but we loved our stay!!

Mission accomplished!

Overall, we had a great time. The place was clean when we arrived. The rooms are well sized. We had 4 generations and 4 dogs coming together in one place and we all fit with a room to spare. The kitchen has been updated, and has a wide assortment of dishes, utensils and cookware. We had additional friends join us for a birthday dinner gathering and the kitchen was well equipped to accommodate everyone. The view is fantastic! We enjoyed watching the sunsets at night and boats passing by day. The dogs loved being so close to the beach and we did too. Steep hill to climb up/down to get down to the beach, but worth it if you are up for the task. This home could be amazing, but it's still a bit lacking in attention to details and needs a few more updates. I hope the owners continue to invest in it. We would love to stay again sometime! The point was to come together, relax, have fun, and make some great memories! 100% Mission accomplished!

Family Vacation

I went with my family to this beach house and I highly recommend it! It is a nice clean and open house with many beds, so the kids could get their own rooms. They have a TV with wifi and even a hot tub, which everyone enjoyed when we weren’t at the beach. The kitchen was lovely and easy to cook in. This house is right next to the beach which is amazing. You walk down steps and through a little bit through sand and are right there! The water might be cold, but the beach is still a great place to go on walks or build sandcastles with the kids. This beach house is an easy house to find, so you don’t have to worry about getting lost. The only drawback is the driveway, but it wasn’t a problem for us. Definitely my favorite beach house I have been to on the Oregon Coast, definitely check it out if you are wanting to vacation with family!

AMAZING VIEW - dated and bare

Home had a spectacular view but the home itself was very bare although prpvoding a spacious layout. While the home had three tvs only one of them worked the other two simply were not plugged in or would not connect to the internet to be able to use it, which was fine since we were there for the beach but what is the point of having the TVs on the property if they do not work. I appreciate this home being pet friendly but we found several piles of pet hair on the floor and hair embedded into the bedding in the master bedroom. The home had some very dated furniture and appliances but was stocked well in the kitchen with several tools and other items you may need. I would stay here again solely for the location and view, but I would hope some serious updates are made to the home itself and the furniture in it.

Very Nice! extremely clean, and so roomy! just awesome!

Very clean, and such an amazing view. standing in the kitchen cooking you can look out the front over the bay and the beautiful bridge, an amazing view, and simply turn your head to look out the back for an ocean view. spectacular. it was really nice to be able to park the car in the garage for unloading etc. the driveway is a bit steep, and could be challenging unload a car, also we were there in the winter so it was cold windy and raining so we were very happy to be able to pull into the garage to unload!. it was very cold inside when we arrived but several space heaters are availalbe to bring the rooms up to comfort quickly. kitchen is huge and very well equipped, the storms in the area actually knocked the power out for an entire day, so we cooked a meal on the propane grill out on the deck, it worked great too! easy access to the beach and really nice views. one of the big windows has a problem and is a little foggy, but it should be an easy fix. overll pvery happy with the property and will definetly be back!

Perfect beach weekend

Location is amazing, right on the beach. Spacious upstairs with amazing ocean views. The property does not match the photos in the listing….but in a good way, you can tell several upgrades have been made to the paint and flooring. The o my issue we had, was the TVs. The main LG tv in the living room is not connected to the WiFi and had a Visio remote that can only turn it on but nothing else…..so it can’t do anything without being connected to the WiFi. Besides the non working TV everything else was great and we all had fun

Beach Bliss

This house has an absolutely beautiful setting with great views of the ocean and the bay at Waldport. It is a easy 100 yard walk to the beach and has a large beach area to walk on. The fact that it is dog friendly is also a very nice perk. Unfortunately, it needs a lot of maintenance. The furnace went out while we were there and it got quite cold. The main light fixture in the kitchen stopped working, a few of the outlets were dead and one of the bed rooms ceils had leaked at one time and was half collapsed. I will say that the maintenance men from Vacasa were very prompt in coming out to look at things and did quickly replace the barbecue grill which was damaged beyond repair but unfortunately with any of the bigger problems they were unable to do much except agree that they were not working and say they would need to get repair people out to fix them eventually. We did have very nice time here and I would love to stay here again if they can get the repairs done.

Wonderful Get Away

What a great place to spend quality time with family. My daughter and I had our first Daddy-Daughter vacation at her request, and we couldn't have had more fun. The property manager did great in letting us know that there had been a problem with the plumbing the day of our arrival. They took swift action and the issue was resolved quickly and respectfully. They treated us very fairly for the inconvenience, and their customer service was great. My daughter has significant allergies and experienced none in this home. The house is perfectly situated just a few hundred feet from the beach and a 5-minute drive to town. Easy access to all the things Oregon Coast has to offer. Memories made for sure, Thank you.

Out of date photos and not clean

The photos provided on your listing does not depict the condition of this home. The carpet is disgusting and smelled of dog P. As soon as we entered the home, the beds have springs sticking out of them and also smell of urine in the bunk rooms, there is black, mold, growing in the bathrooms, and in the windowsills of the home, And the overall cleanliness of the house was disgusting. We booked this house for four nights and ended up only staying here for three nights and leaving to go home because of all the issues.

Nice big hot tub and beach access

Very big house, on the beach with lots of windows. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and a big pantry so you weren’t having difficulty finding places to put your groceries. The big hot tub was nice with a good wind break that had easy access from both the living room and the master bedroom. There was also a nice outside deck overlooking the ocean. Some of the problems were the kitchen chairs were rickety and absolutely filthy we felt that we needed to put towels on them to sit down. A couple of the windows needed replaced because the seal is gone and it really affects the beautiful view. The only other issue that we had was the remotes are absolutely worthless to every single TV in the house. A couple of little fix up jobs would do this house wonders. I would stay there again because there’s lots of room for people and they allow dogs.

This was a great spot! Right on the beach, views of ocean on one end, views of the bay and bridge on the other. Fully stocked kitchen, and fully stocked linens! My only complaint is the French doors into one of the upstairs bedroom needed blinds.

Waldport beach house

It was nice. Very peaceful and a beautiful view. I should have researched mire before going as I took my 86yr old disabled mother. We had to carry her up the stairs along with her wheelchair. That was difficult. Also no fault of the rental agency but the main waterline burst across the street so we had no water for a day and a half. After it was restored we were on a boil notice.
