Before becoming a residence, the property was used as an art gallery, and traces of that creative past remain throughout the house. Exposed brick walls, original architectural details, warm textures, and distinctive interiors give each floor its own character. The restoration has been carefully approached to preserve this atmosphere while introducing the conveniences needed for a comfortable modern stay.

Spread across multiple levels, the generous 5+2 layout feels more like a private townhouse than a typical Istanbul apartment. With five bedrooms, two separate living rooms, two kitchens, multiple bathrooms, a private garden, and additional lounge spaces, there is plenty of room for families and groups to spend time together while still enjoying their own privacy.

The ground floor forms the social heart of the house, with a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen connecting naturally to the private garden. It’s an inviting setting for shared breakfasts, relaxed afternoons, or evenings together after exploring the city.

The first and second floors each feature two bedrooms along with private bathroom facilities, creating comfortable sleeping areas across different levels of the home.

At the top of the house, an additional bedroom is accompanied by a cozy lounge and balcony, offering a more secluded corner of the property. A bathtub is also available on the upper floor.

For longer visits, the house includes a dedicated laundry room and a second fully equipped kitchen, adding extra flexibility for larger groups.

Air conditioning is available in almost every bedroom and living area. Please note that the top-floor bedroom does not have air conditioning.

The kitchens and bathrooms are prepared with everyday essentials, while fresh bed linens and clean towels will be provided for your arrival.

The house has been thoughtfully furnished to balance the character of its historic architecture with modern-day comfort. It features energy-efficient appliances, LED lighting, and carefully selected furnishings, many of which are locally produced.

Before every check-in, the property is professionally cleaned and carefully prepared to provide a fresh and welcoming environment. Essential household supplies and a selection of Turkish treats will also be waiting for you upon arrival.
