Gautefall offers easy hikes in the forest, cross-country ski trails in the winter, and the Gautefall Alpine Center nearby. Here you can do a little—or nothing at all—and both feel equally right. There are cozy spots for coffee or lunch, and plenty of great hiking opportunities in both summer and winter.

In winter, when the snow settles, it is recommended that you use a four-wheel-drive vehicle or bring snow chains to ensure safe and easy access all the way to the cabin.
