Nouvelle cabane avec accès direct aux pistes de ski à Gaustatoppen

This modern cabin from 2022 is located high up on Kollen, 952 meters above sea level, with cross-country trails starting just 10 meters from the wall. The alpine slopes are 300 meters away, and you can ski down and walk back up when snow conditions allow. A free shuttle bus stops right below the cabin.



The cabin is space-efficient and spread over two floors. On the first floor, you will find a kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer, as well as access to the terrace. The second floor has four bedrooms, a loft living room with TV and a separate toilet. Underfloor heating throughout the first floor and in the toilet on the second floor.



The cabin is detached with a great view of Rjukan and Hardangervidda. You have a terrace and one permanent parking space, as well as guest parking. Fiber internet with WiFi is included. The cabin borders on open areas to the south and west, with direct access to hiking trails and cross-country ski trails.



Gaustablikk is perfectly located for active vacations all year round. In winter, you can ski in and walk home to the alpine slopes, and it is a 10-15 minute walk to hotels, shops, bakeries, and restaurants. In summer and autumn, you can go on summit hikes to Gaustatoppen, Heddefjell, and Ørnenipa directly from the cabin, or take the Gaustabanen railway to the top.
