French countryhouse atmosphere

Super nice, completely renovated (2022) holiday home with a nice location close to lake, boat, nature and shopping.



Welcome to a perfect holiday home for the little family.



The house has plenty of space for up to 4 people. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall and a guest bathroom. Living room and kitchen are in open connection and here are high ceilings. There is a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm wide) and an adjoining, bathroom with a toilet and a shower.



The lovely and well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge / freezer, a microwave and gas hob, which also has 2 standard electric hobs. Heat pump for low energy consumption (electricity is included in your rent) and a nice indoor climate. The living room has a nice dining area and fireplace. Fiber networks are installed, and the TV has a satellite dish with approx. 200 channels (many German), but no Swedish channels.



On the first floor, above the stairs, there is a work area with a desk. Upstairs there is also a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm wide). There is no door into this bedroom.



The house is in a large garden with garden furniture and barbecue. In summer, the cows graze peacefully on the 7 hectares of land located close to the house. Lovely, rural, soothing and cozy.



The house is not far from lakes, and in one of the lakes is a rowing boat ready to take you on a peaceful trip or perhaps an exciting moment with a fishing rod (fishing license).
