Lochwood Platinum Superior is a single-storey lodge located at Three Lochs Holiday Park near Glenluce, Dumfries and Galloway. The lodge offers an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric fire and TV. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. There are three bedrooms, comprising one double and two twin rooms, served by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Gas central heating, fuel and power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent, and WiFi is provided. Outside, there is an enclosed decking with furniture and a hot tub, along with off-road parking for one car. Guests have access to on-site facilities including a swimming pool, restaurant and bar, and lakes with watersports available seasonally. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Facilities are available seasonally, with all facilities closed from the end of October to March. Note: Arrival and departure days are Friday and Monday only

Further north is the incredible Glenluce Abbey, 17th century ruins well worth a look. Glenluce is also home to the Wigtownshire County Golf Course. The town of Stranraer is just a short drive away with a range of amenities as well as a museum, memorial tower and a train station allowing you to explore even more of Scotland.
