MZ Deep Blue

The MZ Deep Blue villa is located in Kythnos, in Cyclades islands, and impresses guests with its uninterrupted sea views. This 130 m² villa is just 1 km from Kythnos’ sandy Skyllos Beach and features 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a sofa-bed (double), a living room with a sofa-bed that can accommodate one additional guest, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and can host up to 11 people.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning and a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso-type coffee machine and a complete set of cookware and tableware.

The private outdoor area features a natural saltwater pool—chemical-free—with unlimited sea views, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Outdoor furniture includes a dining set, chairs and sun loungers.

A garage parking space is available on the property with additional extra free street parking.

Skyllos Beach is 1,000 meters away from the villa. The beach is famous for its crystal-clear turquoise waters, fine golden sand and white pebbles. The location is usually quiet and ideal for relaxation and privacy, as there are no shops or restaurants on the beach. This beach is popular among visitors with private boats or excursion vessels.
