MZ Eternity Villa is located in Porto Cheli, one of the most cosmopolitan areas of Greece, often referred to as the Riviera.

The 250 m² property features 6 bedrooms, 3 living rooms with 3 sofa beds, 3 fully equipped kitchens, 4 bathrooms, an additional outdoor toilet, balconies and terraces and can accommodate up to 15 guests.

The villa offers a vast outdoor area with a large natural saltwater pool—chemical-free—with an integrated whirlpool, extensive gardens with trees, plants, and flowers, an outdoor and covered BBQ area fully equipped with dining furniture, a traditional wood-fired oven, and an outdoor storage room. Both an open terrace and a covered terrace are provided with full amenities, including dining tables, armchairs, sun loungers, built-in sun lounges and subtle lighting throughout the entire property.

Along the grounds, there are handcrafted stone water streams and a small waterfall, creating a luxurious experience while walking through the garden. You will also meet a handmade treehouse on your outside walk, around the garden.

Additional amenities include high–speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), smart TVs with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine and a dryer.

The villa is located near the beach and offers 4 parking spaces in a covered area.

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are installed on the property, for security reasons.

This high-end villa ensures complete privacy for its guests and offers the possibility of connection with the Porto Cheli marina and the local helipad.

The villa is available for hosting events, parties, wedding or baptism receptions or any type of celebration you wish to organize—let us help you bring your vision to life! Event organization is available for an additional fee and upon prior arrangement.
