The accommodation features a bright open-plan living space with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, along with three comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed, making the property ideal for families or small groups. Two more guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed. The Neighborhood:

The property is located near the traditional village of Kornos, a peaceful area in the heart of Limnos that offers the perfect balance between tranquility and easy access to the island’s main attractions. Kornos is known for its authentic atmosphere, small village streets, and long tradition in pottery making. Staying here allows guests to experience a more genuine side of Limnos while still being only a short drive from some of the island’s most beautiful beaches and lively areas.



Several wonderful beaches are within easy reach. Richa Nera Beach (6km), Keros Beach, about 24km away (approximately 10–12 minutes by car), is one of the most famous beaches on the island, known for its long sandy shoreline, clear waters, and excellent conditions for kitesurfing and windsurfing, while still offering plenty of space for swimming and relaxation. Kotsinas Beach, located about 16 km away (around 19 minutes), is a charming and family-friendly beach with shallow waters and a small fishing harbor where you can enjoy fresh seafood at local tavernas. Within about 20 minutes you can reach Fanari Beach (around 25 km), a wide sandy beach with turquoise waters and a relaxed atmosphere, as well as Plati Beach (approximately 8 km), one of the most organized beaches on the island with beach bars, restaurants, and water sports.



The area is also an excellent base for exploring Limnos through daily trips. The island’s capital, Myrina, is about 6 km away (around 8 minutes by car). It is a picturesque seaside town with a lively harbor, charming streets, traditional restaurants, and the impressive Venetian castle overlooking the sea, where visitors often see wild deer roaming around the historic walls. From here you can enjoy sunset walks along the waterfront and discover local shops and cafés.



Nature lovers will also appreciate the island’s unique landscapes. The Alyki Salt Lake, about 30 minutes away, is a protected wetland where flamingos often gather during certain seasons. Another remarkable location is the Sand Dunes of Gomati, about 30 minutes away, an unusual desert-like landscape that feels completely different from the typical Greek island scenery.



Limnos is also known for its gastronomy and local products. During your stay you may want to visit local wineries and taste the island’s famous Muscat of Alexandria wines, as well as traditional products such as Kalathaki cheese, local honey, and handmade pasta.
