Just 300 metres from the island’s distinctive black pebble beach, the setting offers a rare sense of tranquillity, where open landscapes and sea vistas create an atmosphere of complete serenity.



The estate is thoughtfully divided between the owners’ residence and guest accommodation, ensuring privacy while preserving the character of a secluded retreat. On its own private grounds, the villa is complemented by two adjacent guest houses and may be rented in full for weddings or family gatherings, or individually. Each residence benefits from a separate entrance, private swimming pool, and dedicated parking.



Designed to blend natural tones with contemporary comfort, the villa provides generous indoor and outdoor living areas surrounded by fruit and olive trees. The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is bathed in natural light and framed by countryside and sea views, creating an inviting space for relaxation and social gatherings.



Two elegant bedrooms ensure comfort and privacy. Bedroom A features a queen-size bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a modern walk-in rain shower. Bedroom B enjoys sea views, a queen-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and direct access to the patio, where a built-in barbecue and sheltered entertainment area provide an ideal setting for poolside dining and evening gatherings. The villa accommodates up to four guests, with two additional guests on sofa beds.



Outdoor living is central to the experience, with a private pool, sun loungers, shaded lounge areas, and a fully equipped barbecue and dining space designed for relaxed summer living, from lively poolside celebrations to intimate candlelit dinners.



Daily housekeeping, breakfast à la carte, arrival and departure transfers, Wi-Fi, and a manual car for the duration of the stay are included. Bed linen and towels are provided and changed three times per week. A laundry service is available at an additional charge. Taxes are included in the rate. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival, and any extra services requested during the stay will be charged accordingly.
