Spanning 456 square metres across three levels, Villa Olivene accommodates up to sixteen guests in eight bedrooms. The ground floor offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings, fireplace and satellite television, flowing directly onto a shaded terrace and pool area. A fully equipped kitchen opens to the outdoor dining terrace, and this level also includes a guest WC and two ensuite bedrooms, one of which has a separate external entrance. The first floor hosts a master ensuite bedroom with a large sea-view terrace and an additional ensuite bedroom accessed via an external staircase. The lower level features four further ensuite bedrooms with direct access to the pool terrace, along with a laundry room, a private gym and a table tennis area.



The expansive 13,700 square metre grounds are landscaped with terraced gardens and garden pavilions, while broad terraces with built-in seating surround a striking infinity pool that appears to merge with the Mediterranean horizon. Additional features include air conditioning throughout, WiFi, barbecue facilities, cable television, a washing machine, helipad and daily cleaning service, making the property ideal for families or groups seeking seclusion and memorable views.



The rental rate includes meet and greet on arrival, daily light housekeeping, twice-weekly linen changes and luxury bath amenities. Extra services can be arranged at an additional cost, including private chef services, airport transfers, vehicle and yacht rentals, day tours, spa and wellness treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra cleaning and private security. A refundable security deposit may be required prior to arrival, depending on booking terms, and pets are not permitted.
