Villa Rusthea is an exceptional contemporary retreat set on the prestigious Kefalomandouko Hill in Corfu Town, offering an elevated sense of privacy, refined luxury and sweeping views across the sea, town and surrounding greenery. Newly built and impeccably designed, the villa combines striking modern architecture with elegant interiors, generous natural light and carefully curated spaces that flow seamlessly across three thoughtfully planned levels.



Accommodating up to ten guests, Villa Rusthea features five beautifully appointed bedrooms arranged with a combination of double and single beds, along with five well-designed bathrooms finished with high-quality fittings, walk-in showers and bathtubs, bathrobes, slippers and complimentary toiletries. Each space has been created to balance comfort and sophistication, while large windows and terraces ensure uninterrupted views from almost every room. A self-contained guest apartment, designed in the same architectural style, can be connected to the main villa if required, making this property ideal for families or groups seeking both togetherness and independence.



The heart of the villa opens to a private swimming pool with panoramic views, surrounded by furnished terraces and outdoor dining areas that invite long, relaxed days under the Corfiot sun. Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a spacious dining area, multiple seating areas, a fireplace and entertainment facilities including flat-screen televisions with streaming services. A private gym and a dedicated beauty room further enhance the experience, allowing guests to maintain wellness routines or unwind in complete privacy.



Please note that there is an additional daily pool heating fee of 100€ per day. Pool heating is optional and must be requested no less than 48hrs prior to arrival. If requested, pool heating will be charged for the entire duration of the stay.



Villa Rusthea is fully air-conditioned throughout and also offers a washing machine, tumble dryer, barbecue facilities, private entrance, baby safety gates and board games, ensuring a comfortable stay for all ages. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. No on-site staff are included as standard, allowing guests complete independence and discretion during their stay.



A refundable damage deposit of €300 is required on arrival, payable in cash, and is returned in full at check-out subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property. Cots for infants aged up to two years are available free of charge upon request, subject to availability, while no extra beds can be provided. The minimum age for the lead guest checking in is 21.
