Romantic Stone House with Sea Views near Beach & Gaios

Perched just above the coastal road between Gaios and Mongonissi, The Artist’s House is a rare find on Paxos — a one-bedroom retreat with its own pool and spectacular views across the Ionian Sea. The stone-built villa opens directly onto a terrace where guests can swim, dine or simply watch the changing light over the monastery of Panagia, southern Corfu and the distant mainland. Inside, soft tones, comfortable furnishings and the owner’s vibrant artwork create a stylish yet welcoming atmosphere.

Both Gaios and Mongonissi are within walking distance, offering a choice of shops, tavernas and a sandy beach for easy days out. For larger groups, the villa can also be booked alongside The Stone House and Villa Flora, creating a private cluster of elegant homes ideal for family gatherings or holidays with friends.



This charming single-storey 1-bedroom house (sleeps 2) is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility due to the number of steps. It features a sitting room with TV (for DVD use only), DVD/CD players, an air-conditioned double bedroom (150cm x 190cm bed), and a shower room. A separate annexe houses a small kitchen and dining area equipped with a full cooker, microwave, and fridge-freezer, making it a cosy and well-equipped retreat for two.
