Puffin Cottage Holidays is proud to present 6 Paragon Court, located on the prestigious Paragon in the heart of Tenby, this well presented 3-bedroom apartment offers the ideal blend of style and comfort with enviable sea views. On your doorstep is the historic and newly renovated Imperial Hotel, where you can relax with a glass of something refreshing on their dog-friendly terrace with spectacular views, or book in for a pampering treatment at their spa (due to open May 2026).


Pembrokeshire is perfect for a quiet retreat or a grand adventure, from ancient castles to wildlife-rich islands to fun-filled family adventures.


Two top destinations are Tenby and Saundersfoot—two neighbouring towns featuring their own distinct charms. Tenby, with its much-photographed harbour, castle walls, and award-winning beaches, offers respite for body and soul. Just a few miles away, Saundersfoot offers a quieter village vibe, with a pretty working harbour, family-friendly, and (in season) dog-friendly, beaches, and a plethora of locally owned restaurants and pubs.


Take a short car ride to Narberth, for quirky shops and good eats, Amroth for beach fun and ice-cream or take a scenic daytrip to St David's, the smallest city in the UK with its wood-ceilinged cathedral and stunning coastal scenery.


Enter this second-floor apartment to a hallway with room for outerwear (umbrellas supplied - just in case), 10 steps up to the main living space and master bedroom and doors leading to all other rooms.

The light-filled open-plan kitchen with living and dining area welcomes you with large bay windows capturing the spectacular views over Tenby’s South Beach and Caldey Island beyond. Enjoy your morning coffee basking in sun-light or a glass of wine watching the sunset and feel yourself unwind.
A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your self-catering stay, with fridge and freezer, electric oven and hob, dedicated wine fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster and air-fryer. Gather around the dining table and comfy window seat with friends for laughter-filled evenings and fantastic sea views, watching the waves roll in. The living area offers comfortable seating for up to 6 with Smart TV and electric fire for cosy evenings whatever the weather. A record turntable with a large library of jazz and classical albums is available for your entertainment.

Features a double bed, tastefully decorated for a restful night’s sleep, with ample storage, bedside tables, lamps and mirror. Ensuite is comprised of a shower stall, toilet and washbasin with mirror.

6 Paragon Court is a few minutes’ walk from Tenby’s vibrant town centre and colourful harbour as well as it’s award-winning beaches.

6 Paragon has a designated numbered parking space and parking for a second car in the garage. Please note parking spaces at The Paragon and in the garage are suitable for a small or medium car, alternative parking will need to be used if you drive a large car.

A refundable good housekeeping and damage deposit of £100 is required at this property.

Terms and Conditions of Hire.

Bookings of all holiday accommodation whether made by telephone, e-mail, in person, in writing or over the internet are accepted by Puffin Cottage Holidays acting as the agent on behalf of the Owner. The contract to occupy the property is between you and the owner.

By making any booking with us, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions and agree to comply with and be bound by them.

These booking terms and conditions include a number of defined terms as follows:

"Booking" means the legally binding reservation for use of the property, with a specified start and end date.
"Contract of Hire" The legally binding contract between the Hirer and the Owner
"Deposit" means a deposit of 20% of the total holiday accommodation cost (which includes any "extras" selected at the time of booking).
"Balance" means the balance of the Total Charges payable by you after payment of the Deposit as set out in paragraph 4.
"Website" means the booking website.
"Lead Hirer" means the person who has booked the accommodation.
"Guest" means you and each person staying in the property with you.
"Owner" means the owner of the Property you book which is the subject of the Contract of Hire. We do not own the properties on our website.
"Agent" means Puffin Cottage Holidays.
"Property" and "Properties" means the holiday property you book or enquire about through us.
"You" means the lead person making a booking through us.
When you make a booking through us you are confirming that you and every Hirer understands, agrees and accepts these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as any breach may result in the Owner (or their representative) refusing to allow you and your guests to enter and stay at the property or requiring you and your guests to leave the property before the end of the holiday period without any compensation or refund.

1. Contract and Booking
We act as agents for the Owner. When you make a Booking through us the holiday let contract in respect of the Property is always between you and the Owner. As Agents we accept no responsibility for an injury or damage caused as a result of the Contract.

Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.

The Lead Hirer must be one of the Guests staying at the property and shall not part with possession of the property or share it, except with other Guests named on the booking form.

The Properties are not intended to be reserved for the purposes of parties and group bookings, including for stag, hen dos and birthdays, may not be allowed unless explicitly agreed with the Owner. In these circumstances the Owner may impose special requirements (including the possible requirement for, but not limited to, an extra damage deposit payment)

No Bookings are confirmed until the Deposit (or Balance and Deposit if the holiday is less than 8 weeks away) is received and written confirmation of its receipt has been sent.

Once a booking is confirmed it cannot be changed by you, unless agreed by the Owner, or by us on the Owner's behalf. If we or the Owner agree to make requested changes to your booking (for example, amending the date or Hirer) you will be required to pay £25 amendment fee per change.

2. Booking Fees
A booking fee of £24.00 is payable when making a booking. This is included in the displayed price of the holiday.

3. Deposits and Balance Payments
Bookings made within 8 weeks of your holiday date must be paid for in full at the time of booking. For a booking made more than 8 weeks before your holiday a deposit of 20% of the total due will be paid when booking to secure the booking. The balance will be paid 8 weeks prior to your holiday. If you make a booking within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday you will be required to pay for the holiday in full at the time of booking to secure the booking. In the event that the balance payment is not received by the required date, Puffin Cottage Holidays reserves the right (on behalf of the Owner) to cancel the booking and will be under no obligation to refund any deposits previously paid.

The booking fee and Deposit are non-refundable unless we are unable to accept the booking on behalf of the Owner, or the Property is unavailable at the time of the holiday

4. Damage Deposits
Some properties may require damage deposits for all bookings made. If this is required, it will be recorded in the Property Description. Any damage deposit will be due along with the final balance payment, 8 weeks prior to your holiday, or, where the booking is made within 8 weeks of your holiday, the damage deposit must be paid in full at the time of booking. The damage deposit may be held by Puffin Cottage Holidays on behalf of the Owner. Whilst we will use our reasonable endeavours to liaise between the Owner and the lead Hirer, any disputed claims must be settled between the Owner and the lead Hirer and Puffin Cottage Holidays are not liable for any disputed claims.

5. Availability
The Contract of Hire is made on the understanding that the property and its facilities as published will be available for the dates stated. In the unlikely event that the property is not available through events outside the Owners control the lead Hirer will be notified as soon as possible. The lead Hirer shall be offered alternative dates or, at the Owners discretion, a refund but will have no further claims against the Owner or Puffin Cottage Holidays. Puffin Cottage Holidays will not be responsible to pay any compensation or expenses as a consequence of a Property not being available in t
