Enjoy this luxurious wellness villa by the water with your family, friends, or loved ones. Here you can completely unwind in a peaceful and relaxing environment. The ideal place to escape the daily grind. This holiday villa is not located in our De Tulpenacker park, but is close by, just 1 km away. It's situated a little further towards the center of our village, Roelofarendsveen. While staying here, you can, of course, also enjoy all the facilities of our park.

This villa boasts a unique waterfront location. Here you'll experience peace and quiet, yet entertainment is close by. Major cities such as Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Haarlem, Gouda, and Leiden are easily accessible by car. The famous Keukenhof Gardens and the beach are also nearby. It's the ideal place to spend a holiday with your family, friends, and family. Enjoy a luxurious, active, and relaxing holiday.

Built in 2023, the accommodation features a spacious, enclosed south-facing garden with a heated swimming pool, a sauna, and a wood-fired hot tub. There's also a cozy terrace and a private jetty, making it easy to arrive by boat. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all modern conveniences.

The house has three spacious bedrooms. On the ground floor, there's a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, you'll find another double bedroom with a king-size bed and a dormitory with four single beds and a king-size double bed. The ground floor also has a separate toilet and a bathroom with direct access to the outdoor area and the pool.

From this accommodation, you can enjoy beautiful boat trips, cycling trips, and hiking. Exploring the waters by stand-up paddleboard (SUP) or canoe is a lot of fun. The SUPs and canoes are free to use and are available for you at our park. You can fish from your own garden (no permit required). You can rent an electric boat and electric bicycles at the reception of De Tulpenacker. During the holidays, you can take advantage of our bread delivery service.
