The kitchenette is designed for preparing light meals and is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, and small electric oven—ideal for pre-cooked meals.

PLEASE NOTE: The pre-made meal preparation area does not offer a sink, and kitchen utensils (plates, cutlery, and glasses) are disposable.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Next door is a bedroom with bunk beds, providing a fun space for children. The bathroom offers all the essentials, ensuring an invigorating start to the day.

This mezzanine is a charming retreat, offering a breath of fresh air and a perfect place to relax. With its cozy atmosphere and well-thought-out layout, this apartment offers comfort and functionality.

Note: it is necessary to climb stairs from the 3rd floor to the 4th.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Located in the charming riverside town of Alcochete, this property offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to a range of attractions and amenities. Just a short drive away, guests can enjoy shopping at Freeport Lisboa Fashion Outlet, one of Europe’s largest outlet centres, featuring a variety of international brands at discounted prices.

For dining, the area boasts traditional Portuguese restaurants like Restaurante Barrete Verde and Tasca do Victor, both known for their welcoming atmosphere and authentic local cuisine.

Cultural enthusiasts can visit the São João Batista Church, a historic landmark that reflects the region’s architectural heritage, or take a scenic stroll along the Pontão de Alcochete, offering beautiful views of the Tagus River.

The nearby Vasco da Gama Bridge connects Alcochete to Lisbon, allowing for convenient access to the capital while enjoying the tranquillity of this picturesque town.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Rua do Salineiro Frente, is just a 2-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
