The house is set slightly elevated, offering both views and privacy. During periods of heavy rain, access may be challenging, and this should be taken into consideration. Drinking water should be purchased, as tap water is not recommended for consumption.

About 2,000 meters from the house, you’ll find a swimming lake where you can take a refreshing dip, fish, or enjoy a peaceful day by the water. The lakes in the area are clean and calm, used by both locals and visitors.
