Villa Odysseas is a breathtakingly elegant retreat, nestled near the renowned Falassarna Beach. Designed to accommodate up to 8 guests, this spacious 155-square-meter villa seamlessly combines modern architecture with the natural beauty of Crete, providing an idyllic setting for your dream vacation.

The villa boasts three exquisitely designed bedrooms, each a haven of comfort. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and vanity. The second bedroom, also with a king-size bed, includes its own ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is furnished with two comfortable double beds and has its own ensuite bathroom with modern amenities. A guest toilet on the ground floor further enhances convenience for all guests.

On the ground floor, you’ll find the living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and an elegant indoor dining area, all designed with modern furnishings and soft neutral tones to create a relaxing ambiance. Large windows offer abundant natural light and seamless access to the outdoor spaces.

The outdoor area is the villa’s crown jewel, featuring an expansive infinity pool that seems to merge with the Mediterranean Sea. Surrounding the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas provide the perfect spots to bask under the Cretan sun. Adjacent to the pool, a shaded dining area sets the stage for unforgettable meals against the backdrop of Falassarna’s breathtaking sunsets.

Villa Odysseas is designed to accommodate guests with reduced mobility, offering wheelchair access and a ground-floor bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Additional amenities include air conditioning throughout, complimentary Wi-Fi, and ample on-site parking.

The entire property plus the villa amenities are included in the rental cost.

The property can host 7 people if needed at the extra cost of €35 per person per night after the 6th guest.

We have to inform you of a new fee mandated by the Greek government. It’s called “environmental fee” and has been implemented for all properties. If your reservation is from January to March or from November to December, the amount is 4€ per day for the whole group (not per person). If your reservation is from April to October, the amount is 15€ per day. To streamline the process and ensure a seamless experience during your stay, we kindly request your cooperation in settling this fee upon your arrival.
