Welcome to a modern and stylish villa located in the peaceful coastal village of Slussen on Orust. Here you stay comfortably with generous spaces both indoors and outdoors, perfect for families and larger groups looking for comfort, quality and proximity to the sea, nature and local attractions. The house is tastefully decorated with spacious social areas, an open floor plan and a cosy fireplace in the living room. On the upper floor, there are four spacious bedrooms: two with double beds and two with 120 cm wide beds. There are 6 regular beds and the possibility of 2 additional beds (mattresses on the floor or, for example, two children sharing a 120 cm bed). There is also a cosy lounge with TV and two fresh bathrooms, one on each floor. At the back of the house a lovely terrace awaits, with plenty of space for social evenings. Enjoy the outdoor shower, relax in the jacuzzi and gather for barbecue nights in the summer sunset. Parking is available right outside the door and the house offers a washing machine, Wi-Fi and Apple TV for a smooth and comfortable stay.



Things to do in Slussen and the surrounding area:

Slussen is one of Orust’s most appreciated coastal villages, known for its beautiful surroundings and vibrant cultural scene. Only 1 km from the house you will find the popular swimming area with piers, diving tower, swimming school and changing rooms. On the way you pass the cosy Café Tillsammans, famous for its freshly made waffles. Orust offers plenty of activities: paddle a kayak, catch crabs, hike the Pilgrim Trail, visit Tavlebord Honey Farm, rent a boat or explore the car-free islands of Gullholmen and Käringön. In Hälleviksstrand you’ll find classic boathouses, cliffs and postcard-like coastal views. Nearby Ellös offers restaurants, paddle courts and the popular café Fröken Trulls. On the island of Tjörn you will find Skärhamn with several restaurants and the Nordic Watercolour Museum, Rönnäng with coastal restaurants, Pilane Sculpture Park and Sundsby Manor with walking trails, café and farm shop. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate Tjörn’s well-kept golf course.



Good to know about this accommodation

• A security deposit of 3,000 SEK is automatically reserved on your card upon arrival. It is released within one week after departure, provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be added: 190 SEK per person for bed linen and 60 SEK per person for towels.

• Final cleaning is not included. Guests clean the house themselves, cleaning materials are provided.

• Electricity is included in the rent. Charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are permitted.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
