Welcome to a charming and well-kept cottage on the idyllic island of Mjörn, located between Orust and Tjörn. Here you stay in a peaceful paradise surrounded by birdsong, lush nature and close to both the sea and scenic hiking trails. The cottage accommodates up to five guests and offers three bedrooms, one bathroom with shower, and a newly built sauna in the basement. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, and the living room invites you to cozy evenings in front of the TV. Outdoors, you will find three lovely terraces, two of them covered, and a small playhouse that children will love. The plot is private and sheltered from view, with sun for most of the day. For those who enjoy the sea, there is a bathing area and a small marina only 800 meters away, with the possibility to borrow a boat berth for a small boat. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday surrounded by beautiful Bohuslän nature.



Things to do in Mjörn and nearby:

Mjörn is a scenic island near Stigfjorden, offering salty swims, sun-warmed cliffs and hiking trails through untouched nature. You can walk to Sundsby Säteri and enjoy a delicious meal in a historical setting. There are also several nice cycling routes in the area, perfect for excursions to additional beaches or cafés.

If you want to explore more of Tjörn and Orust, there is much to see. The Sculpture Park Pilane offers a unique art experience in stunning nature, and the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn is a must for art lovers. On Orust you will find charming spots such as Tavlebords Honey Farm and the picturesque island of Gullholmen. From the cottage, you can easily reach many of Bohuslän’s hidden gems, perfect for both nature lovers and families.



Good to know about this accommodation:

• A deposit of 2,000 SEK will be reserved on your card upon arrival. The amount will be released within a week after departure, provided the house is left in approved condition after inspection.

• Bed linen and towels can be rented: 190 SEK/person and 60 SEK/person respectively.

• Final cleaning is not included in the price. Guests clean themselves, cleaning materials are available in the house.

• Electricity is included in the rent, charging electric cars is not allowed.

• Smoking is prohibited.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Youth groups are not accepted and parties are not allowed.
