The Space:

Villa Lyra spans 225 m² of refined interior space, thoughtfully arranged across two levels to combine comfort, light, and effortless indoor-outdoor living.



The villa features a stylish open-plan living area with an eco fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and elegant dining space. Large panoramic windows frame sweeping sea views, filling the interiors with natural light.



Accommodation includes five beautifully appointed bedrooms:



Three bedrooms with panoramic sea-view windows



Two bedrooms with skylight atrium ceilings, offering a calm and airy atmosphere



The villa is complemented by six stone-faced bathrooms, finished with natural materials and modern fittings. A dedicated laundry room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board adds convenience for longer stays.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy a 42 m² private freshwater swimming pool (1.6 m deep), with pool heating available at an extra charge, alongside a 23 m² seawater children’s pool (0.95 m deep). A shaded pergola with outdoor dining area, kitchen, and grill creates the perfect setting for relaxed meals and evening gatherings. Two furnished terraces offer additional spaces to unwind and enjoy the sea and garden views.

The villa is part of a private, secure complex. Staff access the property only for scheduled services such as cleaning and pool maintenance.

Villa Lyra is situated within the private Rock Bay Villas complex on Crete Island, Greece. This tranquil seaside enclave offers privacy, landscaped surroundings, and uninterrupted sea views, while maintaining easy access to nearby beaches and local attractions.



Getting Around:

Private parking is available on site.

A special –30% discount on car rental is offered to guests.

A free arrival transfer from Heraklion Airport is included. Departure transfers can be arranged at an additional cost, depending on group size.
