The villa spans 95 m² and accommodates up to six guests across three fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with direct access to the living areas, while two further double bedrooms occupy the upper level, reached by stairs. The interiors are bright and thoughtfully arranged, featuring a spacious living room with a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, coffee machine and all essential cookware. Large glass doors open out onto the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.



The outdoor spaces are designed for long, leisurely days in the sun, with a private pool, furnished terrace, garden views and a dedicated outdoor dining area complete with a barbecue. Guests benefit from conveniences such as a washing machine, safety deposit box, soundproofing, mosquito nets, single-unit air conditioning, and complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout. Families are well catered for with amenities including a high chair and cot available on request at no extra charge, subject to availability. Free public street parking is available nearby, and airport transfers or local car hire can be arranged for an additional fee. The villa does not permit pets, parties or smoking, and quiet hours apply from 23:00 to 07:00.



A refundable damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival and returned within seven days of departure, subject to a satisfactory inspection. No extra beds are available, and the minimum check-in age is 25. Housekeeping or additional staff services are not included but may be organised on request where available for an extra charge.
