The buildings communal areas are not at all impacted by load shedding and will always have power. The communal areas include coworking spaces, private zoom/working rooms, TV room, Library Room, Laundry Room, Deck with a gas BBQ

With top of the range SMEG appliances and SMART TV's, it is the perfect base for your stay whilst enjoying all Cape Town has to offer or for a work trip. Our communal areas also provide a wonderful space for you to relax and soak up the day and incredible views. Enjoy a movie in our television room, or a sundowner and BBQ on our deck, we also offer a quiet lounge for you to work/read a book. Kindly note that the laundry room facility will be at an additional charge.

Please note that this property, as well as all other Airbnb's in Cape Town, experience load-shedding. It is a government-enforced cut-off of main power to certain areas at scheduled times during the day. We do offer the convenience of portable lamps during these periods which can also be used to charge your mobile devices. We do provide a battery to power the Wi-fi for 2 hours during these periods so you shall have internet. Additionally, we'll provide you with an app that sends notifications of scheduled power outages, so you can plan accordingly.

This is a self catering unit, we do provide the basics (tea, coffee and sugar). We have hotel quality linens. Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay changeovers.

We do provide enough Electricity for guest stays, a fair usage policy will apply to all reservations. For Stays of 8 nights or longer additional electricity may be for the guests account.

Please note that there is some construction taking place in the surrounds. There may be some noise from Monday to Saturday 08h00 to 17h00
