A short private dirt road from the municipal lane leads to the villa's own parking area. Villa Aggiolina is the third property along this quiet pathway, ensuring a sense of privacy and seclusion.
The villa is arranged over one level and features two comfortable bedrooms, a shared bathroom, and it can accommodate in comfort a family of 4 persons. Surrounded by lush plants and greenery, the home opens into a welcoming open-plan living area with a lounge, dining space, and fully equipped kitchen, all thoughtfully furnished and air-conditioned.
