Escape to our luxury lodge-style caravan, a peaceful coastal retreat nestled in the exclusive Golf Village at Seton Sands. Perfectly designed for families, couples, or professionals, this high-end home comfortably sleeps up to six guests and offers a premium getaway experience. ✅ Guests can choose to purchase Play Pass online, on arrival at reception, which provides access to a wide range of on-site activities for all ages and on-site bike hire available (additional fee) PLAY PASSES ARE NOT INCLUDED

✅ Living Room: A double sofabed provides additional sleeping space for larger groups.



✅ A second immaculate bathroom with a modern thermostatic shower is located just off the living area. We provide high-quality fresh linens, premium towels, and toiletries for your comfort.



On sunny days, open the doors to the spacious, south-facing deck to let the fresh air in.

✦ Safety & Security: For your safety and security, please be aware that exterior security cameras are in operation on the property. These cameras monitor the exterior only and do not have any views of the interior spaces, ensuring your privacy is respected.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire home, ensuring complete privacy throughout your stay. This includes the spacious, private south-facing decking area. No spaces are shared.

Private on-site parking (driveway) is also included for your convenience.

To ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and luxury experience, please take note of the following:



Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, with check-out by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available for £20 per hour, subject to availability (latest departure 12:00 PM).



No Smoking Policy

All ViVi Stays properties are strictly non-smoking indoors to maintain our luxury standard for every guest.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a £500 charge to cover specialist ozone odour neutralisation, ventilation cleaning, and soft furnishing treatment.



Respect the Space – No Parties

Our homes are designed for comfort and relaxation. Parties or gatherings inside the caravan are not permitted.

Any breach will incur a £250 additional cleaning and disruption fee.



Towels & Linen Care

We provide high-quality linen for your comfort. Please do not take towels to the pool or outside areas.

Damaged or stained towels will be charged at £30 per item.



Travel Cot

A travel cot can be provided upon request, subject to availability.



We appreciate your understanding in helping us keep the space fresh, clean, and enjoyable for all guests.



Interaction with Guests:

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present at the property during your stay, we are always available via phone or the messaging app should you need any assistance or have any questions.
