This welcoming property, set over three levels in a quiet spot in Porthcawl, is ideal for friends or family seeking a relaxing coastal get-together and sleeps eight guests comfortably. Porthcawl Rest Bay Beach is less than a mile from the house, whilst the seaside town of Porthcawl (1.5 miles) features a variety of attractions. This homely property showcases a blend of rustic touches and contemporary charm, featuring stylish furnishings and chic, thoughtful decor that reflects the local scenery.
Walk through a spacious entrance hallway to the delightful downstairs lounge area, where a bay window floods the area with natural light. An open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is the heart of this home-away-from-home. Relax on the comfortable sofas and watch a movie on the Smart TV, cook up a storm in the kitchen, and dine together. On the first floor, you'll find a contemporary family bathroom, one king-size bedroom with an en-suite and two double bedrooms. On the second floor is a further king-size bedroom that features an additional single bed. There is plenty of outside space to socialise, with a large lawn in the enclosed garden perfect for children and dogs to play. Unwind on the patio with outdoor furniture, fire up the BBQ, and dine alfresco on fine weather days. There is private, off-street parking for four cars.
