The indoor 160m² residence unfolds across two floors, with interiors that artfully blend sophisticated design with a sense of warmth and ease. The villa features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and a ground-floor open-plan living and kitchen area, complemented by a first-floor lounge with a sofa that accommodates one additional guest. For wellness and leisure, enjoy an exercise bike, a 40” Smart TV, and a PS5, ensuring both relaxation and playful moments during your stay. Seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces, the living area opens onto the pool & sunlit terrace. Designed for effortless gatherings and tranquil retreats, the villa accommodates up to six guests in real beds, with room for one extra guest on the sofa bed, totaling seven guests. One bedroom rests on the ground floor, while two more are perched on the first floor, offering privacy and comfort for all.
