The layout is particularly flexible, with the main living area, a double bedroom and a shower room all on the ground floor, making it a great option for mixed groups and guests with limited mobility, with the note that there is one step at the entrance and exit.

Outside, you’ll find a private, level garden with patio that is ideal for children and dog friendly too, perfect for morning coffees, outdoor meals and winding down after a day exploring. Private parking for two cars adds extra convenience, and with Elie, the coastal path and the wider East Neuk of Fife all close by, it’s a fantastic base for beach days, harbour villages, local food spots and countryside walks.
