The Impala Mauritius holiday and Leisure flats puts on rent a self catering apartment WITH FREE BREAKFAST OFFER situated at 250m to the most beautiful and sought after paradisiacal beaches of Trou aux biches and 500m of Mon Choisy beach in a residential,peaceful ⁷and relaxing environment off the main coastal road in Mon Choisy.
It offers on a rental basis a fully serviced two bedroom 90m2 apartment at its base price of 70€/night for 4 persons inclusive of bedroom air conditioning.
The entire apartment has an area of 90m2 with two airconditioned bedrooms incorporating a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and living room with stand and wall mounted fans both in bedrooms ,
dining and living room.
There is a balcony with a table and 4 chairs and has lots of space to move around in the apartment.
The living room is also equipped with fans but if airconditioning is required in the living room a mandatory surcharge is applicable for daily use.
Free 24/7 wifi is available and house keeping is done after every 4 nights stay free of cost,with linens and towels supplied.There is a mandatory fee charged for exit cleaning however.
Airport transfers are done solely on request at 50€ / transfer.
However for a stay between 15 - 30 nights you are entitled for a one way airport transfer FREE OF COST.
And for a stay of over 30 nights you are provided both 2 ways,(airport pick up and return transfer), entirely FREE OF COST.
For a stay of 1 to 14 nights the transfer cost is 50€ per transfer.
A 5 seater car rental is offered at 35€/day or a scooter at 15 €/day following your request .
LUNCH AND DINNER OFFER
Breakfast is made available to you free of cost.
A 4 course exotic meal comprising of either chicken or fish or octopus or prawns with rice,bread and salad with a complementary offer of a bottle of wine or a bottle of beer if desired is on request at 25€/person and catered in the apartment .You will need to place your order before to assure freshness of items used for preparation.
A full day 8 hours inland excursion by car is 95 €/day.
Our prices include all fees and there is No HIDDEN FEES.
Note to all travellers.
From 1st October 2025 the government of Mauritius has put a mandatory tourist residence fee of 3 euros per night per adult and for children over 12 years old.
It is collected at the residence on your check in and paid to the tax authorities as per government laws in place.

I am born and grew up in Mauritius but lived and worked for some time as a process engineer at the Impala Platinum refinery in Johannesburg, South Africa. Got married there and fathered two children a girl and a boy. Returned to Mauritius and introduced the Impala Mauritius Holiday rentals in Mon Choisy.

The ideal and most sought after area known for beach activities with sun,crystal clear turquoise water and a golden stretch of fine white sands within 2 of the most sought after paradisiacal beaches of Mauritius which is of Mon Choisy and Trou aux biches.
Several of the best hotels are lined up in this region spanning from Balaclava on the North West coast to the extreme North East coast of Grand Gaube a practical 15km radius area with Grandbay,being 5 km away ,being the centre of Tourist activities.

No such places are opened or available for breakfast at such early hours nearby in these coastal regions of Mon Choisy and it's rare to let go of this golden opportunity which we pride of.
Excerpts from a month stay in August 2015 in Montreux, Switzerland lived and experienced by myself.
This goes without saying that its a vivid and life experience born out of moments of true despair and frustration whilst holidaying solo in Montreux ,Switzerland where such breakfast offer facility is non existent if not staying in hotels.
It was a real headache and nightmare to look for, sit and wait for hours for shops to open for any coffee or tea and thats too with limited choice of any breakfast availablity ,relying mostly on muffins and cakes bought overnight or rely on bread and cold drink in the early hours for breakfast often sitting disgruntled overlooking the lac léman.
Supermarkets or any takeaway shop opens only after 9am in Mauritius and here is a win win situation for you in mind unless you have a car to go and look around.
A self catering holiday apartment rental was already existant then at The Impala Mauritius,but a breakfast service was then incorporated in any booking born out of this Montreux experience and thats too offered free of cost .We go a further mile to ensure that ongoing holidays bookers at the Impala are provided with a quality and fresh made breakfast.
