Surrounded by olive groves, itâs peaceful yet just a 12-minute walk to Plakaâs charming tavernas, cafĂ©s, and mini-markets, and only a 4-minute drive to the sandy beach and seaside restaurants of Almyrida.
Designed for relaxed summer living, the villa features bright, airy interiors with floor-to-ceiling glass doors opening to stunning sea views. It includes a main house (3 bedrooms) and a pool house (1 bedroom) â perfect for large families or groups who want both togetherness and privacy.
Inside, enjoy every modern comfort: HD & satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning and a cozy fireplace. A games room with table tennis and foosball keeps everyone entertained.
Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and terrace access, with four rooms offering direct sea views. The master suite spans the top floor with a private sun terrace. The pool house includes an additional living/sleeping area with kitchenette â ideal for teenagers or guests wanting extra privacy.
Outdoors, the 10m infinity pool seems to blend into the turquoise sea. Multiple terraces, shaded spots under olive trees, and a built-in BBQ create perfect spaces for lounging or dining al fresco as the sun sets over the bay.
Beyond the villa, explore scenic walking trails, secret coves, and natural rock formations â or simply stay put and enjoy the serenity.

4-The house is located in a natural environment surrounded by nature. As part of the Greek ecosystem, insects such as cicadas, bees, flies, etc. may be present in the outdoor areas.
5-External visitors require prior approval.
6-The consumption of drugs or engagement in any illegal activity, according to Greek law, is strictly prohibited on the property.
7-Any extra services requested during the stay are subject to additional charges.
8-One baby cot and one high chair can be provided free of charge upon request. Any additional items are subject to an extra fee.
9-Furniture, bedding, mattress pads, utensils, or any other property supplied with the rental must not be taken out or transferred from one location to another.
10-Although the PROPERTY is in pristine condition, the OWNER cannot guarantee against failure of heating, air conditioning, WLAN, TVs, satellite receivers, or other appliances. Any inoperative equipment must be reported immediately to the contact person. The OWNER will make every reasonable effort to have repairs completed quickly and efficiently.
11-The OWNER attempts to properly maintain the PROPERTY in pristine condition; any unsafe or dangerous condition must be reported immediately to the OWNER or the Manager.
12-The GUEST acknowledges that the use of the property, including all facilities, equipment, and installations, is entirely at the GUESTâs own risk. The property management and OWNER are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur during the stay.
13-Guests are fully responsible for their own safety, belongings, and personal items.
14-The host is not responsible for the behavior, noise, or actions of any third parties outside the property.
15-The manager must be notified of any events or commercial advertising activities taking place on the property, as additional fees may apply.
16-Please note that this is a private house, not a hotel. Guests are kindly asked to review the listed amenities carefully and not expect services or facilities that are not clearly stated in the listing.
17-Pool and garden (if the property has) maintenance staff will need access to the outdoor areas during your stay in order to maintain the facilities and ensure everything is in proper condition.
