The home is situated in a quiet residential area close to Aberdeenâs vibrant city centre. Youâre just a short distance from Union Square, Aberdeen Beach, and the historic Old Town. Nearby, youâll find local cafes, supermarkets, and restaurants offering both local and international cuisine.
Public transport options and parking are easily accessible, making it simple to explore the city or travel further afield to the stunning Aberdeenshire countryside and coastline.
Guests have full, private access to the entire property. Self check-in is available for your convenience, and youâll find everything ready for a comfortable and stress-free stay.
Bedroom 1: Comfortable double bed, wardrobe, and soft linens
Bedroom 2: Two single beds, ideal for children or friends
Bathroom: Modern shower, fresh towels, and toiletries provided
Living Area: Smart TV, cozy seating, and free high-speed Wi-Fi
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, and utensils

The main train station is around 10 minutes away by bus or taxi, with regular connections across Scotland. Aberdeen Airport is about 25 minutes by car, or you can take the Jet 727 Airport Bus to the city centre. Drivers have easy access to the A90 and A944, with convenient on-street parking nearby.
- NO SMOKING INSIDE: We kindly request that smoking be avoided inside the premises. Any indication of smoking will incur a fee of ÂŁ300 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- We do require a separate short term rental agreement to be signed directly with us and a pre-arrival form filled prior to your stay.
At Vacant Nests, weâre dedicated to ensuring our property is protected throughout every guest stay. To provide peace of mind for both owners and guests, we require all guests to either pay a refundable Damage Deposit or purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers up to ÂŁ500 of accidental damage during their stay.
