Spanning 270 square metres, Villa Thea Mare comprises thirteen individually appointed bedrooms and an impressive nineteen bathrooms, ensuring a high level of privacy and comfort for every guest. The bedroom layout is versatile and thoughtfully designed, featuring a variety of large double beds, single beds, and bunk beds to suit both adults and children. Two spacious living areas provide inviting communal spaces, ideal for gathering and entertaining, while the fully equipped kitchen allows for seamless self-catering, whether preparing simple meals or hosting formal dinners.



The villa’s standout feature is its private pool, perfectly positioned to make the most of the expansive sea views. The outdoor area invites moments of leisure under the Mykonian sun, with ample seating and lounging areas designed for both relaxation and entertaining.



Inside, the villa is fully air-conditioned and fitted with modern comforts such as a flat-screen TV, soundproofing, a tea and coffee maker, and a private entrance. The elegant design blends Cycladic charm with contemporary luxury, all framed by panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.



A security deposit of €10,000 is required for all reservations exceeding three nights. Please note that this villa does not accept hen, stag, or similar parties to maintain the serene and upscale environment of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform Horizon Majesty Villas in advance of their expected arrival time. There are no on-site staff permanently residing at the villa, however, daily housekeeping and personalised concierge services may be arranged upon request at an additional charge, enhancing the luxury experience with ease and convenience.
