This professionally Interior Designed apartment is contemporary and stylish. With modern appealing finishes throughout. Upon entering you will find the kitchen with ample storage and Caesar stone tops offer a large working surface. The kitchen houses a fridge, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave oven and under-counter oven with electric hob. Two bucket seat baths tools provide for comfortable dining seating at the kitchen.
Alongside the entrance is the neutral contemporary bathroom with glass enclosed shower, basin with vanity unit and further storage above in the cabinet behind the mirror above it. The toilet also has a (hand bidet hose).
The lounge seamlessly flows from the kitchen and provides ample seating by way of armchairs and a sofa. The sofa also doubles as extra sleeping space as it converts easily into a sleeper sofa. Relax and converse or watch TV in this warm inviting space. The base of the apartmentâs interior is neutral and soft, and it is brought to life with warm tones of old gold, greys and touches of teal and mustard. The wallpaper in the lounge adds interest to the wall behind the sofa and is in keeping with modern design trends.
The bedroom area is separated from the lounge by a frosted glass wall with large sliding doors. The frosted glass allows diffused light to flow through the apartment but also provide privacy if required.
The bedroom design is tranquil with a beautifully dressed bed in white linen and accent throw pillows is framed by a headboard and feature wall behind it. The unlined curtains allow light in and soften the room while the roller blinds provide total privacy and block out from the sun if required. A full built in cupboard provides ample storage.
Guests has access to the whole apartment.
