Covering 140 square metres, Villa Kallisti accommodates up to six guests in three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en suite bathroom. An additional sleeping area with two bunk beds, separated by a wardrobe, allows for two extra guests, making the property ideal for families or groups. The villa’s interiors feature soft earth tones, handcrafted furnishings, and fine textures that create a soothing, homely atmosphere.



Set within a private 1,800-square-metre garden, the outdoor area includes an infinity saltwater pool with the option of heating at an extra charge, a Jacuzzi, and a beautifully landscaped terrace surrounded by aromatic herbs and native flora. Guests can enjoy leisurely days by the pool or al fresco dining under the stars with a gas barbecue and pizza oven. For an additional fee, massages, yoga sessions, and grocery deliveries can be arranged to enhance the experience.



Inside, the villa offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with premium appliances, a coffee machine, and everything required for gourmet cooking. Entertainment amenities include a flat-screen TV, video games, and a Bluetooth sound system, while high-speed Starlink internet ensures guests can work remotely or stream seamlessly.



Daily housekeeping, three times per week, and pool cleaning every other day are included in the stay. A refundable damage deposit of €1,800 is required upon arrival and will be returned within seven days after check-out, subject to property inspection.
